Such dangerous drivers. WX17 in particular should not be allowed on the road and they should really look at this.

They deliver containers when convenient for them, not when customers want them.
For example, they say the container will be delivered at 8:00 on Wednesday.
Then they write that it will be delivered at 20:00.
Finally, they wrote that the container would be delivered at 1400hrs the following afternoon. Customer service leaves much to be desired. They do not inform customers about changes, so you must stay on the phone and ask about everything. Waste of time. If you value professional customer service and time, avoid them at all costs. I lost 2 days to determine when my four containers would be delivered. I had no issues with the previous company. The containers were delivered on the days and at the times I wanted.

This was the best service ever. When i phoned them they replied extremely quickly. I got everything straight away. I really recommend Containerlift.

Honestly, I wouldn’t give even one star. The service I received was beyond awful. I can maybe understand why an employee would lie through their teeth to keep their job. BUT to go as far as throwing a customer under the bus? What surprises me, is when the whole company connives together to make sure they make that profit regardless of what’s wrong or right. It’s truly sad when a company chooses money over quality…and with container lift it is money money money, Zero quality. The amount of mistakes made by container lift was very expensive and the customer has to bear the expense of Container-lift's mistakes. For the sake of your peace of mind, run a mile & some more miles in the other direction if you come in contact with Container Lift. Seriously, there are much much better container and freight companies out there, just take the time to look.

I have always found the Containerlift team extremely professional to work with. The level of service they offer is second to none. Even when problems occur they communicate very well and clearly demonstrate the are looking for the best solutions.

I highly recommend Containerlift.

Have emailed and messaged on fb not no reply, damaged my car trailer, never reply, have it all on video, damaged by driver but no one there cares

I have never used Container lift before and needed 3 x 20ft storage containers re-locating, gave them a short time scale and they were able to help us out. They arrived exactly when they said they would and the whole job went smoothly without a hitch and the staff I dealt with were knowledgable, polite and professional which made the whole expirience of using them a very postive one.

I purchased a container for export. It arrived without the required CSC sticker and a bent door that is far from wind or waterproof. The Director Alistair agreed telephonically to repair and inspect the container, but later reneged on the repair part. I would not recommend buying containers from this company,
I used Containerlift as my export agents and Charlotte gave me the quote and Emily did the bookings for export. Both girls are lovely and did a good job. These services I do recommend.

Absolutely criminal company - appalling to deal with on many levels, highly recommended to avoid at all costs. They have lied to us 2 or 3 times about when the containers we own will be delivered, each time they have given us a date and then failed to deliver has costs of £750 + Vat on crane hire, a cost that the refuse to acknowledge of compensate us for . Their inefficient & incorrect communication/lies has costs us thousands, not to mention incredible stress.They do not return calls, they simply don't care, a huge, greedy and terrible run company. AVOID.
