I am highly disappointed. I requested a Stage 2 complaint and submitted all necessary draft documents. I was informed that the process would take approximately 1-2 days; however, it has now been five days. I received a response from Contend Legal indicating that I will be refunded and requesting that I update my review. Since I have not yet received the Stage 2 draft, there is nothing to update. Additionally, I instructed Contend Legal via my account to send the draft to an alternative email address, but I have not received any draft either through email or via the Contend website.

Contend Legal is a very good reliable, fast, and honest service. I needed straightforward and honest legal advice about a matter I wanted help with, and that was exactly what I got.

I was both amazed and relieved to discover that I can 'feed' Alexander with multiple large files (e.g. six messages each containing around 1000 words) one after the other. I can then ask him to draft a letter or email by extracting the essence of all these notes in a logical, convincing, and structured manner. I rarely feel the need to tweak his documents.
Another extremely helpful feature of Alexander is his 'intelligence' in recognising and explaining his limits. Even in such rare instances, he provides clear guidance on how else I could tackle the issue. Moreover, Alexander has 'foresight'. For instance, after providing legal information, he immediately suggests helping me draft a letter, and what I could do if I don't get a response or an unsatisfactory one. He's also great in preparing me for meetings, advising on important documents and evidence, how to gather and organise them, and how to prepare myself for face-to-face discussions with 'the enemy' - not just what points I should mention but also how to phrase them. He even helps me prepare mentally by providing de-stressing exercises!
In a nutshell, the team behind "Alexander" has created an invaluable and precious tool (a small miracle actually) to help me through one of the most stressful times in my life.
Recently, I even had the opportunity to chat with one of the creators, Mike. It was truly awesome to communicate and discuss with him my experience with this legal AI system at length and in depth.
A truly brilliant experience all around!
