Update:
The app is now back to working fine.
I still don't feel I get the time savings promised. I would like to see active hashtags in Bluesky.
It honestly doesn't save me time in posting vs. posting directly. However, it does allow for batch processing and scheduling which I appreciate.

Breakdown of trust
The platform sort of performed as it should, but things went from dispiriting to unusable.
Dispiriting:
1) It did not save as much time for me as it could have because the hashtags going to bluesky came through as basic text not functioning hashtags.
2) Using the same posts on multiple platforms did not look as clean and as professional as I hoped. I was under the impression that there was automation to optimize for different platforms preferred dimensions. Sometime it looked much sloppier than expected
3) Saved very little time in image curation, post automation.
4) It seems like some errors should have come up when attempting to schedule a post (Like this format will not work on IG) rather than come in to find that a post failed to post for a knowable reason.
Unusable:
For over the past week. The product simply fails to post. Everything is stuck in publishing status.
A support email went out to multiple customers NOT on the BCC line, so then my email is flooded with other customers complaining.
Communication of the issue and repair has been seriously lacking.
I am very afraid that they will close up shop and my lifetime purchase will have been for 2 weeks of mediocre service and 2 weeks of absolute frustration.

Do not be deceived. This guys are running a scam app that does not deliver what they promise and advertise. They say the offer one time fee and get lifetime use of their web app.
Posting works to your social media platforms, as expected. However, it will only do that for roughly less than 2 weeks. After that, you will be escalating issues to their chat support, and they will tell you they are looking into it and their tech team will resolve the issue within 48 hours - then no one will ever get back to you again.
I can no longer use it now as it doesn't work any more. Each time I use "POST NOW", it goes straight to "SCHEDULED" mode. Then I was advised to edit & repost as temporary solution, which, still didn't do the work.

I have emailed them for refund and they have not been responsive anymore.
I would encourage to report their SOCIAL `media pages as scams. Their scheme is just to get more one time payments, then later on ignores if you get issues until you probably will just have to give up.
DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCT!

At first, I thought Content 360 was going to be a great solution. It worked fine for a couple of days, but everything went downhill quickly. The platform stopped working, and their customer support has been completely unhelpful. They refuse to take responsibility or offer any real fix. If I could give them less than one star, I would. Run, don’t walk, away from this service. It is not worth your time or money.

extremly poor customer service. They have charged my bankaccount 3 times and I haven´t got any access to my account either. After 2 weeks of me writing to them I finally got an answer and that was that something in their system cant find the money that they have taken from me. I send them reciepts and everything but the guy simply asked for 2 days more. This happened for 2 weeks ago! Nothing has happened still!!

Overall, functions as a decent social media scheduler. However, when you register, you are promised a lot of other things like pre-built content scripts, automation blueprints, nice growth systems (part of what's called Dom's AI Playbooks). Features also include "IG/FB comment + DM automation", blog post and long-form generation among others. I have screen shots of the sign up pages showing all that.
I emailed support asking where that was located and was told that it's just a content scheduler. When I replied again with the screen captures showing what they promised and again asked how I can locate those functions, no response at all. Been almost two weeks since I made the last inquiry.
Classic example of bait and switch. Promise a lot, under-deliver, and then say what I was asking for is not available with the current technology? If that's the case, why are they advertising it?

Absolute waste of money. To me, Content360 is a scam. Read further to understand why.
Support is non-existent or completely unhelpful. It's all a bunch of AI bots masquerading as a human. The only real human interactions I had were being gaslit that the problem I had was actually the social media platforms' (it wasn't) and being blocked on Instagram.
Image or video quality will get degraded through the platform. That's my issue. And it's a pretty big one, because as someone who manages artists making sure that the photos and videos we upload of the highest quality is of utmost importance. The same video uploaded from my phone (not even the ideal way to upload as it also introduces compression but I digress) was uploaded from content360. Content360s is a pixelated trashy mess, the one uploaded from my phone is much better quality. When I mentioned this to Dom he said "that's the social media apps, not content360" which is bullshit because I can see the quality degradation in the *preview for the post on Content360*.
Avoid at all costs. You're better off throwing 70 bucks into an incinerator than spending it here

Editing because there are now lies in the response! I did reach out to Dom directly multiple times and got a response from him on October 2nd, here is what he said back then and now is changing his words:
Dom Ricci emailed on 10-02-2025:
"Hi Yuval, so the social apps have their media upload limits, so in order to fit into those, some videos might get compressed. It's not really an issue with the web app, but adherence to the API limits of the respective apps."
Turns out it was actually your application after all? Not even an apology? You're going to try and gaslight me into thinking we never spoke?
Their application uses Katalis, an AI chatbot provider for support - which is also where I was directed to go for support on Instagram after being lied to through email.
This is the only response I got on Instagram, on October 1st 2025, after sending multiple messages asking for support from September 28:
"Hey there! I'm Christel, Dom's assistant - have you tried reaching out to support by using the chat feature on the platform?"

I really wanted to like this software — the ads made it look amazing! But unfortunately, I ran into quite a few errors while using it. The “24/7 chat support” did respond, but wasn’t very helpful, and after one email reply, I never heard back again. Sadly, I ended up losing $60. Just a heads-up to others: be careful with direct debit and maybe do a bit more research before buying.

I ordered, then never received any order confirmation nor anything on how to access the product. I emailed twice & received no response of any kind. It's like I paid & they don't exist. I'm glad I used Paypal instead of my credit card directly.
