Scar cream
I have been using the contour Lab Scar cream for 2 months now I do like the cream it's not too heavy although I do think you need at least 3 months consisting use to see maximum results so I will continue on using. I just want to also say their customer service is amazing very quick in response and was willing to accommodate the customer as best they could which is becoming rare these days. Dealt with a Rachel in customer service and she was lovely.

Great delivery

The cream does last a long time and the bottle design is great, making sure you get every last bit - I'm just not sure I'm seeing any kind of difference in my scars after the first bottle. I do have another 2 to go, so will update it anything changes, but its currently just a very expensive routine.

Purchased the topical serum and scar…
Purchased the topical serum and scar cream. Only been using it for a week so too early to say if it is doing the job yet but I can say it is really light and easy to apply. It definitely lessens the ‘burning’ feeling of tight stitches. I have seen results on others who have used this and am hoping I get the same results as them!

I'm really disappointed
I'm really disappointed. I've had no noticeable change in my scars after 5 weeks. I don't think it works as advertised.

Great results to remove inflammation
I suffer from adult acne and regularly get inflamed skin with painful spots which leave scars. I use the topical solutions cream twice a day and it reduced the inflammation and swelling of the spots and reduced the pain. Great product, I would recommend it.

Incredibly disappointed
I bought two scar creams and two topical solutions in the Black Friday sale as I was having surgery 3rd Dec. By mid December my tracking hadn’t moved, I contacted the company several times before I received a response. They said it has never left the warehouse and sent it out again, but the parcel was not delivered to my home. They said it was signed for by me but the signature on tracking is clearly another name.
Customer service have now said there’s nothing more they can do and that it’s my responsibility to contact Royal Mail, who have told me they can’t help me. Contour Laboratories are legally required to ensure what I’ve bought gets to me.
It’s been a total nightmare, I was so excited to try their products, and I’m so disappointed. I have made sure to tell the 50 women in my cosmetic surgery group what’s happened, as well as post about it on my instagram where I have almost 8000 followers.

You had ordered 2 Wound & Scar Treatment Therapies during our Black Friday Sale. Due to a fulfilment issue at that time, some orders were dispatched later than expected, and unfortunately, your order was one of those affected. We explained this in response to your initial email and issued you a goodwill discount code for 20% off our products, as we did for all customers impacted by this delay.
Your order was dispatched, and tracking information was provided. After you contacted us to inform us that you had not received your order, we checked with Royal Mail. Their records clearly show that the parcel was delivered, signed for using your surname, and included photographic evidence of the delivery. A copy of this delivery confirmation and the associated photograph is available on the Royal mail website and was emailed to you.
You mentioned that you live alone and that the legs visible in the delivery photograph did not belong to you. In response, we immediately contacted Royal Mail to raise a dispute and escalate the matter. After multiple follow-ups, Royal Mail confirmed that, since the package is marked as delivered with a signature and photographic evidence, you would need to contact their call centre directly to initiate a further investigation. This information was communicated to you in our last email.
We also stated that although this situation is beyond our control, we are committed to supporting you through the process. Please rest assured that we remain willing to assist in any way we can.
If your package had not been marked as delivered, we would have replaced your order immediately. However, as Royal Mail has documented the delivery, we are unable to resend your order until the matter is fully investigated.
Having reviewed all correspondence between you and our Customer Care team, I can confirm that all your emails were responded to promptly, except for one received during our Christmas break when our office was closed. Once we reopened, we responded immediately.

My experience with the company
I am amending my original review as my poor experience was down to a mistake by Royal Mail and not the company. Yes it took a few weeks for my order to arrive but I believe there was an issue with dispatch which Contour labs made their customers aware of. I did in fact send multiple emails, but the company was closed due it being the Christmas period, hence why a late reply. I have now received my order which I am very please with. The lady who I have corresponded with has been extremely helpful. I will leave a further review once I have used to cream for a period of time to give my review on the product:)

Eczema sufferer
I have suffered with severe Eczema for most of my life and have literally tried everything to treat it but unfortunately nothing I have used made much of a difference. I came across Contour laboratories on Instagram and decided to reach out to them as their customer pictures and reviews are good. They recommended their Wound & Scar Treatment kit. I was apprehensive at first but decided to give it a go. Well I can say honestly it was one of the best investments I have made. Within a day the itchiness had gone and by day 5 my skin improved dramatically especially on my face. I have literally never felt this confidence and it is down to their fantastic creams. As long as they keep making them I will keep buying them.

Worked instantly on keloid scars!
I received this product yesterday and used it on a keloid scar that I have had on my back for over 10 years. The scar continuously itches and gets inflamed and no product ever seems to relieve it.
I was recomended one of these creamd and it did not disappoint. Instantly, after applying it, the itching stopped. It is now 24 hours later and the scar is still not itchy and looks less inflamed. My son has eczema so I am going to try it on the back of his knees next. Over the moon to find a product that actually works! The packaging is also beautiful. A real quality item.

Osteoarthritis made more bearable!…
Control Topical Solution was recommended to me, as a sufferer of osteoarthritis of the knees, and after trying various other treatments really needed something to help ease the pain and discomfort so that I can continue doing the things I enjoy, as long as possible. I found that I only needed a small amount, as it goes a long way, to massage into the knee area before I went walking etc and on retiring to bed to promote a more restful night. Would certainly recommended as it's also used for various other conditions.

Amazing product
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with arthritis in my hands. I suffered from pain, swelling and tightness which meant everyday tasks were more difficult to perform. A friend told me about Control Topical solution from Contour and said that it would help ease the pain and swelling. I received the cream promptly and it was beautifully packaged.
Initially I applied a small amount of cream to my hands a few times a day. The cream is smooth and absorbs quickly into the skin. Within the first few days I noticed that my hands did not feel as tight and I had increased flexibility. I highly recommend this product and will be purchasing more in the future.

I used both creams on scars I had from my bypass they have healed beautifully and I can barely see them now. The packaging and bottles are really pretty and sophisticated I would definitely recommend them.
