The payment link is only valid for 24 hours! And if you forget by chance you will get a gebyr. This is customer rip off! And there is no way you can contact them or pay afterwards. Any payment link should have a validity for a few days. It seems like Convene pays business model is to make money from customer inconvenience. Inconvenient solution - Poor customer experience.
