I think our conveyancer tried hard, though we felt that there was a lack of determination in making things happen. It was a three-house chain, nothing complicated, but it took forever and we had to change the removal date at short notice because of poor communication, that cost us £500 we won't get back. Lessons learned: 1. Never use a conveyancer - get a decent local solicitor; if they don't answer the phone, you can doorstep them. 2. Stay in touch with your vendor and buyer personally if you can - keep it moving forward or it will slip down the conveyancer's 'to do' list.

If I could give less than 1 star I would , total shambles from start to finish , amateurish mistakes on documents , numerous mistakes on same thing over and over with figures being incorrect. Signing forms in PENCIL !! I could go on but won’t bore you with the month and month of delays through them having no due diligence at any level ! Avoid !

What turned out to be a challenging purchase of a property was handled brilliantly by Hayley Aspinall. Extremely diligent and professional Hayley worked tirelessly and efficiently to meet the deadline. I would highly recommend Hayley and this company over and above a solicitor.

Terrible firm, buyer almost pulled out due to unnecessary delays. Communication was rude and unprofessional. Impossible to get updates… no response to phone calls or emails. I have nothing positive to say.

As I've worked as an estate agent manager for 12 years, I've seen some really poor conveyancing companies.

I sold my house a few months ago and used Laura who was amazing throughout the whole process.

I moved in with my partner and she sold her property whilst we've bought our 1st home together. We have used Laura for each sale and purchase because we were so happy with her service, attention to detail and knowledge of the process.

2 weeks before we exchanged contracts my partner gave birth, Laura helped take our moving stress away so we could concentrate on the baby, and even sent a card the day after his birth!

Really couldn't be happier with Laura, she's been amazing.
