What The Heck? Product Shipped in a Baggie Because Container Was Cracked!

I was really eager to try this highly rated car wash soap because I've heard good things about it.

When I opened the box, I couldn't believe that this was shipped inside a baggie because the plastic container was cracked. Just take a look at the photo and see how much has leaked out into the bag. Look how low the fluid level is and then look closely at the bottom sides and you can see how much has leaked into the bag. What a gooey mess!

I'm pretty sure it was cracked before it was shipped because it was packed and completely surrounded in lots of packing air bags. Such a disappointment!

The worst part is that I have no way to return this for a refund in its current condition.
