Convoy is beautifully simple and effective support on the lonely path of starting and building a business or looking for a new job. What I love most is the wider range of businesses than you find in other small business support organisations and the mix of learning, accountability, support and feedback. As with anything, you receive more if you participate, and there is plenty of opportunity to do so. It's a friendly group, a great place to ask questions, collaborate, attend training and guest speaker sessions from experienced professionals and be part of a regular accountability trio. People pay thousands for less. Big thanks to all who give of their time and to Christopher for starting it and having so much dedication to supporting us.

Convoy Entrepreneurs has been great platform for me to connect with other likeminded entrepreneurs. I've connected with many people learning together, supporting each other's business and their journey to a successful business set up. I enjoy the workshops and retrospective sessions hosted weekly. There's always someone to provide solutions or suggestions when you are facing a block. I also encourage other new entrepreneurs to join this platform so they can receive the same support as I do.

This is an amazing group of talented and experience people who want to help and support each other. The week includes expert speakers to support the group.It’s an incredible service.

I can’t recommend Convoy Community highly enough. Setting out to work for yourself and build something no matter how big or small is a huge and lonely challenge. Within the group, so many others are doing the same but all have experience knowledge and expertise in different areas that provide incredible value.
The group is collegic in approach and has common goals and interests supporting one another, keeping you accountable.
Further, more regular talks, webinars from experienced professionals around pertinent topics take place to add further support. All this in a very professional manner.

Setting up and running your own business can be exciting but it is also a difficult and lonely road. Joining the Convoy Community has been one of the best things I have done. The mutual support, advice and motivation we give each other through weekly meetings and daily ‘stand-ups’ really keeps you going. In the absence of colleagues, you have a bunch of intelligent, interesting and knowledgable business owners to bounce ideas off and hold you to account. If you're in any way hesitant about joining the Convoy Community, don't be! The people of Convoy have been absolute heroes during my job search. After my outplacement service finished, Convoy were there to pick me up and offer on-going support, advice, networking and act as a sounding board. Having a group to share the rollercoaster with made me feel like I wasn't lost and alone. The daily accountability calls were great for maintaining my focus and motivation, with the recognition that having down days and breaks are equally important and we're all human.
I've made some new friends through Convoy, met some really interesting people and will continue to offer my support back into this network now I have found a job.

Highly recommend to join the Convoy Community! It's a brilliant concept to support and be supported by a network of like-minded professionals. It keeps you focused on your job search and what you need to do to get your next role. There are also learning opportunities and workshops by different speakers on a weekly basis. And did I mention that it is free of charge?

I joined Convoy in 2020. During these uncertain times, I found the support from this community, starting from CV, LinkedIn profile, interview practice and most importantly, calls every day to discuss the plan of the day, was immensely beneficial, as that helped me to stay focussed on my job search. I have met people from all discipline, helping each other, connected having a common goal i.e., securing a role!

Convoy is a supportive inclusive community of people on a journey together - entrepreneurs, job-seekers and those just figuring out their path. Christopher Ross does a brilliant job of facilitating support and energy among the group to help one another. Some find jobs and move on, others stay connected with the group to continue supporting others.

Being introduced to Convoy has been such a positive experience for me. Being out of work and searching for a job can be a very lonely experience so meeting people in the same situation and sharing ideas has been such a reinvigorating experience. Just having the company has been such a bonus but added to this is the fantastic advice offered and also the sharing of contacts who can help. I would wholeheartedly recommend that anybody out of work or furloughed joins the Convoy community.
