Very bad service
Very bad service! Had my eye-test in March and had to wait until the end of May to collect my glasses, and that was after having to constantly call and ask where they were - to which they had no answer, or didn't even bother calling me back when they said they would. Even when I finally collected my glasses, there was no apology and I found them to be quite rude. It wouldn't hurt to crack a smile or engage with your customers!

Poor customer service
Have used Conways for over 50 years, but no more.
Appointment was at 9.00 and nobody turned up until 9.05. Then they had no power so cancelled. No attempt to contact me to re-arrange.
I have asked at least 4 times for my prescription to be sent to me and they don't even bother to reply.
