While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. FRAUDULENT COMPANY

VERY BAD.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I BOUGHT A DOG BALL LAUNCHER AND ALL IVE RECEIVED IS A TENNIS BALL. THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME ANY EXPLANATION BUT KEEP SAYING THEY HAVE DELIVERED WHAT WAX ORDERED BUT THEY CANNOT OFFER ANY POSTAL TRACKING DETAIL. THEY KEEP OFFERING A 30% REFUND. NOT GOOD ENOUGH. THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY MIST BE EXPOSED AND CLOSED DOWN. FINALLY, THE MORE QUESTIONS YOU EMAIL THEM SUDDENLY NOT SURPRISINGLY THE WORSE THEIR ENGLISH LANGUAGE BECOMES.

DON'T BUY FROM COOD.SHOP

As other reviewers have said, don't buy from this place. I ordered a Christmas ornament and the package arrived weeks after Christmas (despite them asking if I wanted to cancel the order and me saying yes). I received a coaster instead of a Christmas ornament, with a completely different design. I've asked for a refund multiple times and despite sending photos, my order confirmation, etc. they are saying I received the right item. This is simply fraud.

Don’t do it!

Luckily I made my purchase through PayPal so I was able to get a full refund. Product never showed up, even though they told me it had shipped.

Product never showed up

Was advertised through Facebook about Transforming RC cars, so I bought a couple for my nephews. Weeks later, no product has shown up. I reached out to the website for a status update on where my order was, and received no response. Not sure what's going on, but I either want my product or I want a refund.

Ordered a 1080p projector which was advertised through facebook and got an empty casing. Was offered now after 3 weeks a 50% refund or send the casing back with shipping costs to be paid by myself. Do not buy here.
