Horrible Refund Policy
Consumers, please be aware. It is very difficult for returning merchandise. I keep telling this merchant that I would like to return the item for a full refund; however, it’s falling on deaf ears. I will not be ordering/purchasing any items in the future.
I wished that I could attached the damaged hat. I am like why ship a fedora hat in a plastic bag. The hat was smashed.

The sizing was right on target
The sizing was right on target. I really love the feel and the light weight of the material. The various styles are exactly what I like. I bought 4 different outfits but I want to purchase a white one. Have not made up my mind on which one yet.

SUBPAR/Never again
Everything!! Took almost an entire month to get it as I was told 2 weeks after purchase it had to be restocked when I inquired! I ordered April 26 and just got it a couple days ago! The material is extremely heavy and didn’t fit to par for my X large size! I even reached out again a week or so ago before getting it to support and no one responded to rectify so I just had to wait and see if it would really come! Needless to say waiting nearly a month and finally receiving it subpar with different expectations for fitting and the material I’m not happy at all! I can’t wear them so I’m out of $117.00 and time waiting!

The order was good, I received my package.
However, the tracking stopped updating and every time I tried to track it would not… so I didn’t know when I would receive the package for a special event.
