Poor Delivery and Customer Service

I love your products, but repeatedly your items are “out of stock” or it takes 2-3 weeks before it ships out and then 2 weeks to get to me. This has happened 3 times now on 3 different orders where I wanted to wear something I had specifically ordered and couldn’t! That’s not OK. Please don’t offer items when they are repeatedly out of stock.
As for your customer service, it’s is awful and offers no help. You need to have people on staff that can handle requests and who understand emails and answer the phone or at very least RETURN CALLS!

I’ve placed a few orders over time for…

I’ve placed a few orders over time for items i desire. I was hesitant in the beginning because of how long of arrival and the quality of the items. But I must say that they have seemed to gotten a lot better with communication and giving you options to tracking and stay connected as you wait on your orders to arrive. I’m pleased

Casual Resort Knit Braided Shorts Are Perfect for the Beach or Pool

I recently ordered the Casual Resort Knit Braided Shorts from Coofandy. This is the second Coofandy purchase in the past two months. These shorts are moderately priced. Shipping was fast and the product arrived in good condition and are exactly as described on the Coofandy website.The material is soft and of good quality. They look and feel great. I received many compliments the first day I wore them. I definitely recommend these shorts.

Great transaction!

I got the denim print short and shirt set. Came exactly as pictured. Quality and fit are great. Im 5'5 170 lbs and got the medium. Cant wait to wear it on my beach trip. Shipping was a little slow, but not outrageous. A couple weeks. Would definitely order from them again.
