Will definitely shop again!

Customer service was great, selected the exact size and color I asked for in my exchange order with every item and was very prompt with all of my inquiries regarding my order.

Terrible customer service and Experience

Terrible customer service. I made a $1200 purchase, two expensive sweaters, during the 15% off for Martin uther King celebration, "discou8nt taken at checkout". Well I checked out and no discount.
I contacted customer support and "jean" "Horowitz" responded that they will apply the credit. A month leter, ntohing. I have received 5 emails promisiung to refund the money ($180) but nothing. The most recent email stated, "Apologies, I will take care of this immediately" They didn't

Don't not order from them

Don't not order from them. Don't take my word go to the site and try to contact the customer service number, you'll never get a text or call back, if you try the customer service@ coogie.com customerservice without space site doesnt allow to us to put real email address in the reviews.your emails will get bounced back. It's really good knock offs there shipping out of NYC

If I could give no stars

No stars ! Horrible service and selling things they don't have in stock ! Ordered a jogging suit two weeks in advance. Says next day shipping, a week passes by and nothing. I reach out via email since there isn't a number. The respond back after the third email in two days, saying it wouldn't be in stock for two more weeks. Why are things available to buy when not in stock. i would not have spent $700 to wait a month for an outfit. They tell me i can switch my order and they will have it to me in time for my event . So I settle for something I didn't really want , they expedite the shipping. The delivery was just the pants! Complete Bull ! So I reach back and the guy says I don't know what our warehouse is doing. So today is the day of my event and all I have is pants. The top wasn't shipped on time. Complete waste of time and money. When I buy luxury clothes from anywhere else you get your product in 3 days .I will never spend money with you guys again and will be sending the entire outfit back for a refund once I revived the top. Bad Business will have you guys out of business Real Soon. Don't buy from here !

This is my third time ordering from…

This is my third time ordering from this site, and I’ve had a wonderful experience each time. I recently purchased two pillows from the home goods section—absolutely love my Jade Pillow and Noir Classic. They’re both excellent quality and exactly what I was looking for. I’ll definitely be ordering more in the future!

Coogi Stole My Money and Stopped Replying

Coogi just stole Christmas in my house, I spent thousands of dollars on a first time purchase, have nothing to show for it, no Christmas gifts for my husband and I’m absolutely devastated. I highly highly suggest you do NOT order from this brand they operate like an eBay shop ran by a Nigerian Prince.

On December 2nd I ordered 5 items, I had never bought anything from Coogi before but my husband mentioned he really liked the designs and had never seen anything like it before so I took mental note and decided for Christmas I was going to get him two matching sets plus another sweater for our New Years dinner. 



I didn’t think to check reviews as to my knowledge Coogi was a reputable international brand that’s been around for a very long time so of course they weren’t thieves. I was wrong. I hope people see my review before they purchase and not after they’ve been scammed like me. I purchased my items on December 2nd, plenty of time to get here for Christmas I assumed. I got a notification that said my shipment was on the move December 8th. Perfect and seamless I thought. Little did I know I was about to begin the worst shopping experience of my entire life, and be robbed blind.

December 12th I was reached out to with an email from “David”, telling me one of the items wasn’t actually in stock when I bought it 10 days ago and asked me what I would like to replace it with. No refund was offered. I said I was disappointed as I thought due to their email telling me my package had shipped, that it had been fulfilled and was shipped but that I didn’t mind exchanging the item I originally wanted in a size large, for a size medium as my husband fits both. He said thank you, and that it would be shipping out that day. 

I continued to wait, another 48 hours and saw DHL still didn’t have my package so I followed up with the email as we were getting close to Christmas now, 2 weeks since purchase.

On the 14th he told me he was sorry that they had to do a special order for the size change and that it would be shipping out that day. This is also the time I realized the person writing me from this email was by a different name, Jean and it always said “sent by my iPad” that seemed a little unprofessional to me but continued on. I waited another 4 days bringing us to the 18th and I emailed again as I saw nothing had been shipped. He told me to call a number, I did and of course they told me you guessed it “shipping today”. At this point I said, if this one item is causing this delay can I please get what you have available right now from my order shipped and I will happily pay additional shipping for the second package with the last item I just really want something here for Christmas. They said they would be paying to upgrade my package and get it here on time with 1-3 day shipping. The next day, still not shipped of course. I waited over the weekend and saw their entire site landing page said “ORDER BY THE 23RD RECEIVE BY CHRISTMAS” they are literally scam artists, they have now stopped replying to my emails, I have nothing to show for Christmas they’ve taken thousands from me and clearly knew anyone purchasing anything that close to the holidays would not have their gifts either. 



These people do not care what so ever, they will take your money, lie to you endlessly. Tell you every single day “shipping today” when they know they aren’t and when you finally call them out like I did and say “I know you aren’t shipping today, you’ve lied to me now 6 times can you please just tell me what is going on with my package?” They will ignore you. 



I am assuming this is now a theft and I am never getting my items. Please do yourself a favor, avoid this place at all costs they WILL rob you.

Very bad costumer service

Very bad costumer service. They sent on purporse wrong size. They treat the clients as if we were idiots. They just want to make money and dont look after returning costumers. They dont offer any appropiate solution. Be careful when you spent your money here.

Customer Service is Non Existent

Ordered a jersey that ended up being too big. I’ve tried calling the customer service line multiple times no one answers and wrote emails with no response. Spent $300 for nothing. I will never order again. I see why no one wears it any more.

Bought a hoodie that i ultimately didn’t like when it came in. After multiple texts with their customer service they stopped responding after saying they’ll send me a return label. Joke of a company

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

OK, I PLACED AN ORDER FOR 2 DAYS DELIVERY AND A WEEK LATER IT SHOWS IT IS SHIPPING. BUT THE PROBLEM IS I NEEDED IT ON A CERTAIN DATE TO GO OUT OF TOWN I SENT MANY EMAILS AND TRIED TO CALL BUT I ONLY GOT A MESSAGE SAYING TO TEXT THIS NUMBER. HORRIBLE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. NO ONE COULD GIVE ME ANY ANSWERS I COULD NOT EVER TALK TO A PERSON ON THE PHONE... NEVER AGAIN............

I bought a $600 sweater as a Christmas…

I bought a $600 sweater as a Christmas gift for my husband and he ultimately decided he couldn’t pull off the style. I returned the sweater within the return window and almost a month later - they still haven’t refunded me. I’ve even called to ask about the refund and he replied he would refund me that week - it’s been two weeks since that call and still no refund. It almost feels like he doesn’t have the money to refund me. Very strange and super unprofessional.

Satisfied Customer 👍

I had a great experience with purchasing two zip up hoodies size XL (They fit perfect for my size) off Coogi.com. I was able to talk with a guy name David who actually manages the website. The communication was clear, I placed my order Oct 30, 2023 and Received it Nov. 2, 2023 Very Fast Shipping! This is a real review, shoutout to the Coogi Brand! Been a fan of these sweaters since the 90’s inspired by Biggie smalls 😎
