Ghosted me after payment. Should have known it was likely a scam.

I have contacted the cook before but i cant seem to get in touch and the site is down??? ANYHONE KNOW WHATS UP????

I wanted to change my 1-Star review further down in the comments under "Whiskey" to a 5-star review b/c of Cook13's professionalism. He came good for the first order of cookies I received being subpar, however, that was not his fault. I'm North of the border, and it's the guys on my side that are mess'n things up b/c we lack proper recipe ingredients to make the fantastic cookies that I'm sure Cook13 has at his bakery.
Hopefully, I'll be able to skip the middle bakery in the near future doing business with Cook13 if it's not too overly difficult, and order straight from his bakery instead.
Anyhow, I tried logging back into my account under "Whiskey" but for some reason couldn't get back in, so I've made a similar account in order to change my review, and apologize for the misunderstanding.

Just when you think that you have tasted the best cookies around then you place order with this bakery and they arive you get your mind blowing cookies no returning to the other bakerys now

I was skeptical at first but 100% satisfied in the end shipping was fast transaction was easy ans was the best sugar cookies I've had in 10 years

I have gotten 3 touch downs so far from cook13! THESE PRODUCTS ARE BY FAR OF THE HIGHEST QUALITY IN THE NATION! I will be a returning customer for a very long time! The ratio of price to quality is more than reasonable! CHEAP IF YOU ASK ME! I TRULY BELIEVE THERE IS NO BETTER PRODUCT OUT THERE. customer service is of the highest service! @Robert Mohr - I wish I would've had ur experience bro. The product that came to me was nothin like what u say u got that's for sure. I didn't get no bakers dozen with my package either. Sucks to be me I guess.
Perhaps it's b/c I ordered from North of the border, not sure, but that was the point of me ordering from Cook13 was to get some actual good shit again.. I'm dying for the "real deal" again b/c it can't be found anywhere where I am. They ain't making it with the right shit.
The stuff that came to me was straight up bunk. I was very disappointed. It looked the real deal. It was bitter af, and had no legs to it whatsoever.
I tried telling Cook13 this, and got ghosted. I wasn't even asking for my money back. I was just doing the dude a favor by letting em know that his bro sent me bunked out shit. He didn't say much other than to send em a pic of it. But by that time I had already sold it to just get rid of it to try and get some of my money back.
I figured if I told em what happened that he'd perhaps send me something else, or hook me up somehow on my next order, but I've received zero reply, and no replacement product.. not even half.
So I'm just gonna assume he don't wanna do business with me b/c I'm North of the border. That sucks cuz now I'm gonna have to waste more of my time, do more research, and find someone else.
Guess I'm gonna have to chance the darkweb. If anyone on here has any pointers or useful info for me I'd appreciate it greatly. Thks!

Anyone on the fence or having doubts to the legitamacy of this bakery I would recommend rolling the dice on this one. Like more then a few of you , ordering cookies from a chef I'm completely unfamiliar with,I knew it went against everything years of experience had taught me about self preservation.... And yet , a brief dry spell plus a couple of days of stretching out whatever I could and here it was. Ordered some bitcoin for the first time in my life and linked up with who turned out to be a perfect gentleman, a man of his word, and most importantly an excellent chef.. or baker? .. or fu*king I don't even know what the technical word is..a god damn magician would be what I would call him . Start to finish Cook13 was on top of things, quick to respond, available to answer questions, shipping was about a week to a week and a half, and worth every second of the wait because the cookies were excellent !

Not only was the product an A+, but the customer service expertise that this man has is beyond what I've ever had to deal with. I ordered my product and it was taking a little longer than I expected, but as soon as I shot him a message with my concern he almost instantly replied with all the tracking info. If ya'll don't order from this man ya'll lovers. Absolutely top notch!

i super appreciate your customer service efforts and commitment to quality the difference between your cookies and these imported central American is so obvious just frim the appearance and then in flavor, it taste the way those pastries did back in the day

So…I would definitely advise anyone that is up in the air about using cook13 to ahead and order. I was worried too. A couple weeks ago I ordered a bunch of cookies. I’ve ordered before but this was the best experience I’ve had yet. Customer service is always great. Cook13 always helpful and kept in touch with though out the delivery process. Everything is usually great just a little delay in receiving however this time no issues with anything. Ordered on Monday night and received it Saturday afternoon across country. Best delivery time yet. He’s improving every time. Don’t go somewhere else and get f….d when you can get your cookies right here and know you can trust cook13 will send you what you payed for.

This bakery totally deserves infinity stars! Not only are the cookies the yummiest I have ever had but the customer service is out of this world! I mean they really go out of their way as well as dip into their own pockets to make sure every customer has an A+ experience.
Obviously the holidays were pretty crazy and USPS was not prepared for all the packages. So wait times were longer for some than others, but that's Christmas time for ya! I got a little impatient which happens a lot lol, I definitely added a little more stress to an already stressful time, but the bakery never lost patience with me. If you are on the fence about ordering let me tell you I have ordered from the bakery 8 times and not once have ever been disappointed or even ghosted, the risk is totally worth the reward. I am not only a customer but a huge fan!
