Excellent service, precise and very quick, best in the market.

Posted a question on their website re a potential purchase. Said they would respomd within 24 hrs. Well, they exceeded that easily & responded within an hour. Got great help from a lady called Karen. She confirmed the correct part I needed. I placed the order & it was received 2 days later. Absolutley brilliant service. Parts now fitted. Would definitely use this company again.

My first order was wrong size, our fault, so I returned the items and have already received a refund. I was impressed that they did not just said return the items, get refund and leave it at that. They seemed keen to assist and find the right item for us which they did. Great advise, service and very efficient. Well done, a lot of suppliers can take a leave out of their book.

Outstanding service. Ultra quick response to e-mail queries. Items ordered and sent on Monday and here before lunchtime on Tuesday (the £2 extra for next day is worth it). No missing or 'out of stock' parts. And everything fitted correctly unlike the bodged bits the previous owner had used to fit filters and light covers.

Simple effective website to find your model and filter and even better you automatically get suggested other items for that model making it simple to add odd bits like light covers

Fantastic company.
I used a different company that I was recommended and I was not at all happy with them. They had sent the wrong cooker hood filter and there was no way of contacting them. The item was completely wrong so I was unable to use it.
I looked on Google and found Cooker Hood Filters- who have been great! I ordered my parts online easily, each item had lots of information and I could find the exact parts by using the product codes. I paid and received a confirmation email. I received emails letting me know about my delivery and tracking of package. Delivery was fast. Once I had received it I got another email asking if everything was ok with my order and contact details if I needed to discuss my order or any concerns.
I got the correct parts and it was half the price of the other company!

If your looking for a new cooker filter then look no further. I initially ordered the wrong product. I returned this easily enough and was then given some advice on the correct one I needed, which promptly arrived and is now leaving us with a nice odour free kitchen

I cannot praise the customer service enough. Firstly, I was delighted to find someone who actually supplied what I was looking for and then, after a mis-measurement on my part that necessitated a return of the part, received the correct item within a matter of days. Considering the times in which we're living (this is being written during the pandemic of 2020), the customer service from Cooker Hood Filters has been exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend the company to as many people as possible. Bought the replacement Bosch Cooker Hood Filters after verifying dimensions.Order arrived promptly and great replacements.Their customer service is second to none.

I placed an order in error, my bad I agree, but I contacted them immediately, within 5 minutes and informed that I was too late as the item had already been picked and dispatched.
Consequently I would have to pay postage if I chose to return it without recompense for original postage. and to add insult to injury, told this was part of their excellent customer service!
I would call it customer disservice and so will never use them again so beware... you have been warned!!!

I entered my hood details and ordered the corresponding filters. When i came to fit them i discovered that they were wrong, it would appear that CHF Ltd do not stock the correct filter for my hood and would not take them back because 14 days had passed since delivery.

Excellent customer service ! Very helpful staff particularly Kurtis who was extremely quick in responding and sourcing the part that I needed. I had been searching for this part for years and believed that it would be impossible to obtain as my extractor fan was already 20 years old. Delivery was prompt and as the part ordered was very fragile it arrived in extremely secure packaging.

Who knew?! I was thinking I would need to replace my cooker hood when I discovered this amazing website. Difuser, bulbs, filters etc all easily ordered and replaced myself, a bit(!) of a clean and it looks like I have a new hood. Impressed with ease of navigation of website to find correct parts,which once ordered arrived quickly.

The very kind person I spoke to (Kurtis) was the only person able to help me find the correct filters for my cooker hood.
Bought the hood from Argos yet they couldn't help with the filters. It's a Bush hood so contacted Bush, they were unable to help with the filters... Searched online with the model number we needed and it doesn't exist.. Eventually got through to Kurtis, with super speedy email responses, and within about 3 emails he found exactly what we needed. The filters arrived quickly, fitted easily and now we know which filters we will need in the future.
