Initially, I asked for help with a model number I had been given. Reply was quick and helpful. It turned out I was given the wrong model by my hood supplier number so had to do a return which was easy and painless considering it was not Cooker Hood Filters mistake. Then, I got to the right filter needed.

At all point the team were helpful and polite.

Belling cooker hood charcoal filters very difficult to find. Although brand new, model number impossible to find. Contacted these guys, answered same morning, after sending some photos of the filter and serial number they recommended some filters which arrived the next day and fitted. Great service. Thank you.

Asked support for advice on item needed & sent 2 photos. Email said response within 24 hours waited 3 days to be told by RIO I had to provide model number or no help. If I knew that I would have supplied! Utterly useless DO NOT USE. purchased item with an alternative very helpful company

Ignore the response below….the email you get says we reply usually within 24 hours no mention of weekends and a contact of mine was NOT required to provide a model number as they also did not have yet they were assisted and all I got in response is sarcastic nothing….

Excellent customer service. Ordered some new filters which were received damaged (most likely handling issue). Dropped an email to customer services and new filters dispatched within an hour with an apology. Replacement delivered within 36 hours.

I bought new filters as the old ones in the house were clogged and corroded. It's a good hood though and the new filters are good quality (a perfect fit - there is a big range of sizes for different manufacturers and models).
A good price, well packed and prompt delivery.

Couldnt find a filter to fit my cooker hood, contacted cooker Hood Filters who asked for measurements and found a compatible filter. Staff were extremely helpful and answered my queries immediately. My order was here in 2 days. I would recommend getting in touch with them for any requirements

Great that I found a company who could supply carbon filters for my Prima extractor!! Super helpful that they listed all the model numbers that were compatible.

Just wanted to relay my recent experience of Cooker Hood Filters.
I purchased 2 replacement filters for my CDA cooker hood which arrived promptly and well packaged.
This was the first time we had replaced the filters, in fact in turned out there were no filters to take off which was troubling to say the least.
Anyway, the replacement should have been easy but wasn't, it didn't look as though they would fit and it was an extremely tight space with barely enough room to get your fingers in there.
I contacted CHF by email explaining my issues and Ryan promptly answered within the hour to say they were the correct filters and gave some tips for installing the filters and in the event that I could not get them to fit that they would take them back and issue a refund.
I persevered and finally got them in place, certainly more effort then I expected.
I just wanted to say thank you to Ryan and CHF for their customer service which was excellent.
Will definitely use them going forward.

Items arrived late in alternative packaging by Royal Mail with a sign saying 'Found open or damaged and officially secured'. Items have gone missing. I suspected the company did not pack my four pairs of filters secure enough, and the parcel was ripped open during transport. This issue was reported and photos as evidence were sent three days ago, but I haven't had reply since.

Edit:

A prompt delivery of the missing pack of filters was made after the complaint. I was acknowledged the reason that their server was down on certain domains so I didn't get any response.
