They do not honor pre orders, it is fcfs in Panama City per raven.

My friends sent me a gift card that has been non-redeemable on any of their sites (it says there's an error at checkout). I've reached out to multiple support emails, numbers and filled out forms on their website these past couple months and have gotten no response.

so i was promised an update on an order days ago after not getting it over 2 weeks past my promised date and when i tried to reach out again the email disappeared
i dont know whats going on but now i just want my money back

I ordered almost 1 month ago for a 48-72h delivery, the tracking link I received only updated once 3 days after my order. I was worried so I contacted the support and exchanged a few emails about the package being stuck, they asked me to remain patient. I asked multiple time for a resend or refund, no response. They took my money and my time. Total ripp off

Worst than bad. Absolute rip off especially their Dud seeds! So many complaints about their ripped off dud or Hermie seeds! Cookies are here to rip you off far better breeders out there. Their flower is rubbish most of the time. Berner needs to stop eating and concentrate on his declining business!

They sell trash, that's why they don't directly show you thca strengths %. You have to go into a separate area for that. When I seen I was getting trash I tried to cancel before they shipped out by emailing, calling and left voice message on (number provided) and tried calling as soon as their store hours were open to cancel before ship out, of course no luck. They managed to turn that $6 quarter into $80. Definitely a scam if I ever seen it. Berner this ain't it...

They have the best knowledge and best products for my medicinal cannabis prescription. They also have great accessories for the products you buy.

I'm very unimpressed with this company. First, their product is very mediocre quality. Vapes regularly don't work, flowers are weak, edibles do little...it's just not good stuff. No response from customer service about broken vapes. And you can see their business philosophy if you try to unsubscribe to their incessant emails. You have to enter your email- duh, it's a link from a marketing email you sent me, so you can easily include the email address in the "unsubscribe" url. So, after you enter that, you have to turn the button off on all the categories of spam...but they deliberately try to make it very difficult to know if you've actually unsubscribed. The button colors do not denote "off/on". So you decide which is off, confirm the changes, and there's no confirmation page that comes up. Bottom line, this is not a company that is striving to give customers value for money

The staff member that I dealt with today at Bradenton location was extremely helpful with his recommendations for me. After me sharing my experiences throughout life and my wants…. He walked me right to the correct product,(“Lemoncello”) pre-roll.

If I could leave 0 stars, I definitely would. I placed my order on 11/27/23 as part of their Cyber Monday sale, but on 12/15/23 I received a refund for one of the items, supposedly. While I did receive 2 of my 3 items, the 3rd item was never received and I still have not received credit to my card. My credit card company will not issue the credit as tracking does show delivery and it was for 2 of the 3 items, but all I want is the refund I was promised for the 3rd item not received. Customer support is terrible and delayed as well. I can not get anywhere with this company and it has been more trouble than the refund is even worth, but it is the principal that this company basically stole from me and refuses to make it right.

I love the bag appeal, the smells, EVERYTHING about it I love EXECPT the effects go as quick as they come. Definitely not for a long lasting high. Almost like smoking little dabs. This is coming from WV (Country Grown)
