Great customer service poor experience.
Where to start. I ordered two sets of bowels and what I was sent was not what I ordered and nothing like what was on the website.
I contacted customer services, which in all fairness, were great. They said the website needed to be updated with the new product and what i ordered, they no longer stocked. The website has still yet to be updated, two weeks later.
I asked for a refund and a returns postage label. They kindly sent me a label, but, I had to drive halfway across the county to post. Not great.
So in all, a pretty poor experience bar the customer service.
