Great delivery and helpful customer service
Very positive experience - great offers, fast and well protected shipping. Will definitely use again.
Returned part of my order as I changed my mind after delivery using their built-in returns portal. This was easy to use, but I did encounter an issue with Yodel's tracking not marking the package as delivered after a while. A quick message to their customer service and Chloe processed the return on their side right away.

This product is excellent I’ve already got the larger version but needed a one - two cup version. The cup is lovely too. It arrived I no pod time with good communication along the way. Would recommend you to other (it was my sister who recommended you to me).

So many complaints I’m exhausted!
They messed up up my Christmas order, lost my package, didn’t respond for weeks and refunded the wrong item.
Don’t waste your time or money with this company!
