It appears to be a fraudulent site.
I placed an order but have not received anything, and the company does not respond to any of my repeated requests for a status and less a refund. Hopefully I can get the money back. Just stay away !

I ordered a toaster and received an automated email saying my toaster would ship in 3 days and they would email an tracking number. I never received anything, I called a month later and they said they had no stock and would ship in probably 3 months. lol. What a joke, dont take money if you dont have a product. thats false advertising

FAKE COMPANY! They can't deliver what you order.
And they don't respond to emails.
Now I have to try and see how I can recoup my money, probertly not going to be easy.

this is a review of the swedish company (Cookstore.se).

Purchased an item back in early/mid June - after a few days they informed me that the product was actually back ordered and it will take approx 1-2 weeks before they get a new shipment. Fast forward to July 30 - still nothing. I replied to my ticket and asked what the deal was and was given THE SAME reply, word for word, that they provided me a while back. Seriously beware. COVID or not, there is absolutely no guarantee that your product is actually in stock nor when it will back in stock (if ever).

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering with this terrible company. Long story short: one order cancelled - no refund after 6 weeks. Wrote every day for the past 2 weeks. Anna B is useless. So angry and frustrated. Have started a Dispute Resolution with Mastercard in an attempt to get my money back. Second order was arbitrarily canceled by Cookstore - no reason, no apology, nothing. Fortunately that second order was refunded.

I wish I can give a zero start, it takes them forever to refund your item, they said 21 business days which is significantly longer than that. Purchased an item in May, returned as soon as received, and still waiting for them to refund my thing. Don't shop with them.

The Cookstore is not a place to do business with currently. They have poor customer service and do not answer the phone nor do they respond in 4 hours of submitting a ticket as they say. Because of this poor customer service i must now re order my order to make it correct. This could of all been avoided if they actually practiced what other online cooking stores practice and that is customer service. Shop elsewhere !

Late is an understatement. The customer care staff, Anna B. and Chloe M., have done nothing but give me the run around. They charged my card over April. 23rd 2020. The failed to update their inventory list and subsequently took my money for an item they did not have. After a compromise on MY behalf I settled for a model that was of lesser caliber. Now I'm sitting here waiting for 2+weeks after their mistake and it turns out there is another delay. ZERO ACTION to inform me. I emailed ther customer care center and asked for and explanation and for them to right this horrible experience and I was simply given a sorry and asked if I wanted to cancel my order after waiting 3 weeks.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Placed order October 23. Nov. 5 notified of out of stock item, substituted same day. Still hadn't received order by Dec 9. Told repeatedly that they would "get back to me". Never did. I was patient. They on their own initiative refunded the order despite my being patient and instead of simply filling the order. Why not just fill the order? This refund was clearly a blow-off when I asked to speak to a manager. 8 weeks of nonsense.Do not do business with this company if you really need something.

customer service is unresponsive and there is no announcement of the departure of the package, but the ordered item arrived at home door in a week. affordable price

This company is an absolute joke to deal with. They'll lie to you about shipping times during high volume seasons just to grease an extra sale. When i brought this up with their representative, they told me that they had quoted a different wait time....i had specifically clarified the wait time because i am travelling outside of the country. Since the first interaction the expected delivery has changed twice and i am still waiting for my product. Very disappointed with the shady tactics this company uses to try to compete in the public market.

Poor customer service. Waited a week before requesting social security number, something that is not needed. The goods were never shipped.
