Worse customer service ever (Order ET101964360)
Worse customer service ever. They are not answering their phone anymore. Delivery is delayed for 2 weeks minimum without any prior notice. I do not recommend this company to anyone. Not professional at all. I have sent a request for a refund but they are not responding.

Bought this for Christmas present for our daughter in law, who lives on a Scottish island. Had to pay a little extra, but the item arrived promptly and we were kept updated throughout the process. Would recommend this company.

Unimpressed so far!
Having given my home address - which was confirmed - and it matched the billing address - the expensive product was delivered to the wrong address! The website promised delivery on Monday 16th November - and the couriers changed that delivery to Thursday 19th November! I appreciate these are unusual times - however - delivering to the wrong address is very poor indeed. I needed this pan as a gift for a wedding present tomorrow! Totally unimpressed.

Delivery time was too long

Excellent product and seller
Excellent product and seller, very safe reliable double-boxed packaging, super fast delivery, all very good. Highly recommended seller. The "Le Creuset" 31cm Signature oval casserole is exactly what I needed, and the price here was extremely attractive. The casserole is slightly heavy to handle, but it compensates for it in many other ways. I use it every week to cook chicken in the oven, in order to reduce spillovers. It is the perfect size for chicken, and it comes out crispy and tender in an hour. Many thanks
