Ordered a dog pool through amazon. Supposed to be leak proof, durable and tough. PURE LIE!!!! After first use, water leaking out, holes in bottom and top, water filled sides. Bottom of pool had two holes in it. Dogs nails were short so the dogs did not cause the holes. Absolute disgrace! Patches supplied didnt hold up, just fell off!

No product was delivered. Delivery estimate was 4-5 working days and it’s now been 12 working days, no contact from Cool Paws and their email bounces back.

Never received the items I ordered and no response from the company everything bounced back don’t touch them

Items not received- no response to emails or DM.

Cool Paws are IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with, they simply don’t respond to emails or messages. Having waited over 3 weeks for the item I ordered, I am not impressed! The item still has not been dispatched!

I’ve still not received them. It’s been 10 days since i put the order through

I still havent recieved goods ordered on the 5th January with an estimated 3-5 days delivery. I have e-mailed the company 4-5 times and still have no response to when I will recieve the goods. The service is extremely poor and unfortunately I would totally not recommend to buy goods from this company.

My money was taken and I have yet to receive the item ordered. I have not received a response from Cool Paws, despite having messaged them on four separate occasions.

I cannot give a minus star rating for this company. But that is what they need. Goods not delivered, emails not responded too. Eventually had to use section 75 reclaim a refund from my bank. Do not use this company unless you want to be scammed. Check their T&Cs to find the parent company. Check out their reviews for yourself before you take the risk of parting with money and no delivery. Be warned. The parent companies reviews are even worse. They only operate on-line and cannot be contacted.

This company did not provide the order after it was acknowledged. Along with many other reviewers they failed to even acknowledge chaser emails and made no attempt whatsoever to deliver the product we paid for. I eventually had to reclaim the money using section 75 of the credit card companies policy. It is a disgraceful company (a web site only affair) and should be avoided at all costs. Similar totally negative reviews are present for the owners other companies and the parent company Dynergy Ltd. An absolute disgrace through and through.

Order placed for a cooling dog vest to arrive in time for the two very hot days, paid extra for express delivery. Received order acknowledgement but no product arrived. Sent an email, no reply. Messaged through their twitter account, no reply. Finally had to go through PayPal, for a refund!
Never again!

Ordered a coat. Did not fit. I paid return postage and they exchanged it.

After a couple of times it was worn. Material pulled out of seam and frayed. When I contacted them. No reply. When prompted they said that as was after 30 days of receiving it could not help.
Email sent to say as nit fit for purpose, trading standards state entitled to an exchange.
I HAD TO PAY RETURN POSTAGE.
Eventually received replacement, WRONG SIZE.
NOW IGNORING MY EMAILS

I ordered 5 personalised dog toy boxes for family Christmas presents and instead of receiving the requested names, I received 3 boxes with one name and 2 boxes with another name.
They will not respond to my emails and now the website has been closed

If I could give no stars I would. My first order took nearly 3 weeks to arrive. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and ordered again. The item still hasn't arrived 6 weeks later. When I emailed I was told I could not get a refund because it's been dispatched. Now my emails are being ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! SHOCKING CUSTOMER SERVICE

I ordered the cooling mat for my puppy and he loved it. He's even using it now and it's not even hot outside! It came really fast and we got a free gift which was a nice surprise. :)

Disappointed that I haven’t received my order yet, it’s been 8 days and I haven’t had a response to my email chasing it up.
Then I receive this email asking me to review my purchase… would help if I had it to review!!
I understand there can be delivery delays but email queries should be responded to it’s just bad customer service.

This is the second time I have ordered from Cool Paws. The customer service Is fantastic, I have received my orders super fast and on both occasions had a lovely free gift. They also took the time to send a ‘thank you’ email from which is a great personal touch.

Perfect, thank you! Will write a more in depth review when we’ve had more use out of it, but delivery and service were also fantastic!

Great products, responsive customer service, and a free toy that my dog loves to bits! The toothbrush toy fixed my dog's bad breath and his teeth look whiter and cleaner, too.
