Amazing service from coolblue
Amazing service from coolblue. My dishwasher died at 5pm yesterday and new one was delivered as promised before 9am today. Driver called 20.mins before delivery and was polite and generally just great. I will definitely be using these again.

Everything as supposed to be. My CPU gave up on me so I got one delivered next day. Site fully in English (I'm an expat) that is not common in Germany. Easy and straightforward process. And price in line with the market. Perfect experience.

I DON'T recommend buying from this store.
I did not receive my parcel, so it was returned to their store, and they claim they received it empty.
So I asked for a refund, and they told me that I have to wait till the investigation with DHL ends, which took forever.
A good customer service can do better than this.

Unsupportive Customer Service
We returned our food processor for repairs. When CoolBlue sent it back to us, they packed it very poorly and during transit the mixing bowl was broken, plus the carry case for the blades and is now unusable. This was a wholly avoidable situation, with a bit of care and attention by CoolBlue when re-packing our item for delivery. Despite reporting it immediately CoolBlue refused to acknowledge any issue or responsibility. Don’t trust them for consistent customer service or to have any empathy even it would have only cost them €44. Mistakes get made, a quality company would have acknowledged it.

Coolblue Money Scam
We as a US company tried to buy a device from Coolblue. Our payment didnt pass their security checks, we are told, the money will be refunded. It has been 1 month and we got no refund. We will transfer this issue to court.

Good service, good company
We were looking for a blood pressure measuring device and Coolblue was the only one that offered the combo: device and cable to connect to the electricity. The marketing on their website is great and the delivery was very punctual. I actually enjoyed the purchasing experience which is a weird thing to say, I know.
Scam courier service
Scam courier service. They make use of their own courier service and they do not even provide you with a tracking number. I have waiting days for my package to arrive but they always declare I was not at home.

I'm very satisfied with my purchase only downside was coolblue doesn't deliver to my country even if within the EU, do I had to use aforwarding service from Germany so I had to pay two deliveries and if course wait a bit longer for my product

Poor Customer Service and Wrong Product Delivered
I recently ordered a laptop from Coolblue but received the wrong model. While the specs may look similar, the two laptops are quite different in terms of quality, performance, and design, which was a huge letdown.
What made this even worse was the terrible customer service. I reached out multiple times, and while some representatives followed their script, others were downright rude and sarcastic. There were instances where they hung up the phone without offering any resolution, which is completely unprofessional.
The whole process has been unnecessarily frustrating. There’s no need for a lengthy investigation, especially since the laptop has a serial number that can easily be checked against the system to verify the mistake. This should’ve been a straightforward fix, but instead, it’s been dragged out.
I’m extremely disappointed with how Coolblue handled this situation. Their customer service needs serious improvement to ensure a better experience for their customers. I hope they take this feedback seriously and make the necessary changes.

Excellent service and top price. Delivered the next day as promised. I will certainly buy again from Coolblue.
The fully paid for goods turned out to be out of stock and no one warned me.
Recently, I ordered a MacBook Pro on CoolBlue.de. As they declare on their website, your order should be delivered within 4 business days. I waited for around 6 days and contacted the call center. The answer was "Your order can't be completed because we don't have this product in stock". Have I received any email about this product not being in stock? No. Have I paid the full price for the product? Yes. How is it possible? I've been waiting for my money back for around 4 days (I hope they are in stock). 1 of the 5 stars they are granted for really pleasant customer support. I hope my case is an accidental mistake that is not systematic.

Extremely fast delivery

I ordered my product later in the afternoon and it said I would receive it next day. I didn´t believe it, but thought, ok, we will see. Sure enough, I had the product the next day. Order not pick up by DHL on time
I have placed an order on Coolblue website. The order was supposed to be delivered today. The DHL tracking still shows that the information is transmitted electronically and the order is not picked up yet. So it means the delivery cannot happen today. Based on other reviews on Trust pilot I am worried about whether my order will get delivered soon or not. The customer service has chat, telephone and whatsapp options. But none is working even within the specific timings mentioned by Coolblue. Hope atleast the Cool blue will reply to me when the items will be picked up by DHL for delivery. Coolblue can track my order based on my name in this review. I will rate Coolblue 5 stars ***** if I get a positive reply and delivery quickly.

Received an email from Cool Blue. The person was very much helpful. She created a new order for Soundbar, transferred amount from old to new order and the new order was delivered in one day 😊. I am happy about it now 😊
