Delivery problems, lack of customer support and Scam
I placed an order for a gaming chair on the 27th of August, 3 days later my bank transfer went through and Coolblue was able to confirm my payment. On the 31st of August I received an Email confirming that my package would be on it's way. Note on the Coolblue website it was said it would be delivered between 2nd and 5th of September. It is now the 4th of September and I still have no update on the delivery of my package. Apparently it's still noted as "order data transmitted electronically" Well since it was supposed to be here by tomorrow, and I have no new information I feel like I got scammed/ ripped off. I've written 2 Emails already yet no answer. First time and last time using this website.
Update!
I have requested a refund because I am just uncertain if I will ever receive my product. On the 6th of September I was told the Refund is not in motion. Today is the 11th and I'm still waiting for my money.
Also Coolblue has responded under this review sending me a form to fill out regarding my order. I did that immediately and well I have yet to hear from them.
For a Company priding themselves on being very customer friendly my experience was rather bad. Won't be ordering anything here ever again.

the promised cash back is a scam
the cashback on their products is a scaml. I bought a product from them on june and they promised a cashback. then I called to ask how I can get the cashback they said it's with braun. after sending the invoice to braun they refunded nothing and after calling cool blue the customer service told me nothing they can do. if there is nothing you can do then don't offer a cashback.
After they asked for the info on trust pilot and I submitted all the related info, I never heard from them.
Nothing was sent to me, again a scam

No repair or replacement for 5 month old Haier fridge/freezer after 7 weeks waiting
I bought a Haier fridge/freezer from Coolblue de - it was delivered in January 2024. Delivery and item were all great - at first. However by June 20th - after only 5 months it has stopped working. This was 6 weeks ago now. I registered a repair request immediately with Coolblue. They sent a reply - we will reposed in 24 hours - they never did. Since then I have been contacting Coolblue - and Haier - and the Haier selected technician and so far do not even an appointment date to come to check for repair.
On July 22nd they told me they had "registered my repair incorrectly"! So they sent a new one (9217912) - and then of course since then I again heard absolutely nothing.
It is mid Summer and I am having to live without a fridge or freezer. I lost all my food that was stored in the fridge and freezer and I lost some expensive medicines that also need to be kept cool.
The last contact a few days again to Coolblue customer service I again asked for a refund or replacement within 7 days - their answer was "have patience"!!!!!!
I have asked for a refund or a replacement but they refuse and ask me to wait for the technician (their replies always signed "with a smile". I am glad they are smiling about this but I certainly am not.)
I have been trying to directly contact the technician also - never answers phone or email.
This is illegal in Germany - a reasonable wait time would be less than 2 weeks.
Terrible. Be warned.

I ordered the DJI Osmo Action 4 Adventure Combo. When I received and opened the package, it seems like the product box was opened (the sticker was't properly sealed as new box). The camera has no any protection film on the len and the touch screens.

I phone 12 mini repair
I brought my iphone 12 mini for replacing the battery, to Coolblue. While they repair my battery they broke my side button and instead of fixing the button they gave me a "new" iPhone 12 mini. This phone was overheating and getting stuck from time to time but I tried to be patient. After 6 months the wifi, Bluetooth, torch wasn't working the battery was even worse than before I changed it and it was constantly overheating. After some digging I found out that this was a refurbished phone and when I contacted them they told me that the repair was out of warranty. What a great Service Coolblue, thank you very much!

Worst service ever
Worst service ever! I wouldn't recommend to anyone to buy anything from these guys. Zero help, all they want is your money, but if something goes wrong, they won't take any responsibility. I paid 500 euro for a dishwasher a year ago. Warranty should be 2 years minimum. In the last 1 month I asked them to fix ot at least 30 times. No one fixed it, they refuse to help, basically they broke all the EU law with this, but they do not care. Even one star would be too much to give. All they can give you is stress. Horrible service!

So coolblue gave my delivery to postnl. I waited for my package at home. They did not come. And they delivered my package to neighbors letterbox. Instead of mine even. These neighbors are on vacation. I don't know which kind of low intelligence employees they are hiring. I lived in different countries and I have never seen more low quality thinking level than these people. So, I don't have my delivery. Coolblue is responsible for this. How do I get my package?

Good prices but terrible delivery…
Good prices but terrible delivery service I have used them twice and both times a mess. This time a Sonos Kit I had 1 part arrive on Wednesday another part on Friday and the most important part the ARC has not arrived. They tell you on the website order before 11 and you get next day delivery, I don’t believe it. So unhappy with this company.

Good products- terrible service
Generally the machine we got is working okay. However it was malfunctioning once and we called for a repair and no one came! We fixed the machine ourselves.
Fast forward to today, we need to cancel our contract because we need to move out of the country due to urgent family situation. We called customer service and asked if we can cancel and not pay for the rest of the year due to the nature of the situation. We are aware that generally we are bound to the 1 year contract. However we thought we might ask. After keeping us on hold for 45 mins in total, speaking to 2 people, they’ve told us that it’s not possible. Not sure why we had to waste 1 hour or our lives to get this confirmed. After which we were asked if we wanted to pay for the rest of the year? Why asking if there are no other options!?
Not to mention the first person we spoke to said it was possible. The second person “Kieran” said it was not possible.
Long story short- good products- terrible service.

Bad customer service no warranty
Customer service was very poor and they refused to undertake repair that Coolblue themselves wrote should be covered under warranty (less than a year after purchase). That s a shame really.
Cool blue wrote me that the case would be covered by the warranty yet refused to undertake this repair unless I pay for other repair which have nothing to do with the case and are for me not necessary. So Eliza from cool blue thanks for your response here but you don’t get the point really.

I purchased a variety of products from them, ranging from printers to various other devices, and received them without any problems or delays. The customer support team was exceptionally supportive and professional.

I ordered a laptop on German version website. I chose direct transfer as the payment method. They didn't send me any order confirmation by email. When the order process finished, the website showed me a massage with information of order number and IBAN for payment. After 1 hour my order disappeared from my coolblue account with no reason. I didn't know what happened to my order. it was weird!!

I love this shop, i bought my gear for design and photography from them and everything was on time and in perfect condition, not a single complain until now from my side. Thank you very much.
I wanted to sign up
I wanted to sign up - that did not work, because it asked me for a company name. I was signing up for a private account - company accounts are on a separate page.
I spoke with three people via Chat - two of them just cancelled the chat, because I was in meetings and did not respond within five minutes. They did not ask, if I was still there, they just cancelled the chat. The feedback page was in Dutch - I used the german page, so no idea why I landed there.
After three different support teamers, multiple browsers, cleaning cookies and everything it took me more than 30 minutes to sign up. I wanted to order a device of similar price at Amazon, but decided to go for Coolblue - even after 30minutes just for sign up, I was only given a "we are sorry", no compensation what so ever. Unless the order process and a potential return are much better, I would not use coolblue in the future.

Free game not included with second chance Quest+
I ordered a second chance Quest 3. On the product sales page it was not shown that the free game is not included. The discount was less than the game value. It should have been clearly shown that the free game is not included. I feel misinformed, cheated by Coolblue.
