Discreet. No damaged or spilled contail the Shipping-until covid-nias always very fast. They are a well-rou business you can trust with your $.

I got my produckt earlier than it should come. Thoug Im not sure about this chrystalline powder. It's not so effective.

Great product, and excellent service. Eve is a great communicator and keeps me up to date on all my orders. If you order over seas it takes a little longer to get it, but it's coming you just have to account for the long travel time.

I have used cool chems now for 3 1/2 years quality dependability every time yeah. Yeah my last order took forever but it in fact still shows up thanks to their customer service for being patient with me as I was doing my best with them.

This is by far the most reliable and customer service oriented vendor. You will not be sorry you chose them. I've ordered from a few different vendors and coolchems is always the top in my opinion. I've ordered ten times in the last three years and only one didn't arrive and that was probably a customs issue. They even replaced the order I didn't get when I purchased again so I never lost a dime. The quality is the absolute best. Eve, Andy, and Jane have always been prompt and courteous in their responses to my emails and have never left me hanging. I ordered in May and that one took about 50 days because of the pandemic but this last one I ordered at the end of July took only 13 days. Corona virus has shipping slowed a bit but that's not coolchems doing. This vendor is the best.

right now you can expect delivery time delays going as long as 2 months but your package will arrive. been using them for years. always great!

Been using CC for over 3 years and they have yet to fail. Having a few hard to source chems is valuable these days. I've never lost an order(shipped Spain to the US). They are pricey but it's worth paying for proper service and accuracy. Right up there with ChemStory(RIP).

Paying a premium is one thing but then the very first order never came.

Contacted cool chem was guaranteed delivery and tracking, tracking showed nothing contacted them after delivery date had passed, was told it has been put on hold in Germany, need to get a electronic prescription, paid for that, now are saying to pay extra for something else didn't understand emailed back to get a proper clarification of what they meant no reply.
Avoid and don't end up spending almost a $1000 like myself.

This company is legit 100%. Shipping took a long time but is understandable with the situation of COVID-19 happening. Product is Top shelf. And Company was always in communiction with me. Responded to all my emails. totally would recommend Coolchems to everyone...........
