love the product so much this thing is awesome for training .

Customer service was excellent. Fast and accurate response regarding what barrel would fit my gun.

I have used this product regularly since purchasing it and appreciate the overall concept and design. The rapid fill adapter is a particularly strong feature, as it reduces recharge time and minimizes downtime during use. With refinement, this product has the potential to be a reliable and effective accessory.
During use, I did encounter a few technical challenges that I was unable to resolve:
• Laser zero consistency: I had difficulty maintaining a consistent zero between the laser and my optic. While initial alignment was sometimes achievable, the laser would shift after a few shots, suggesting an issue with zero retention.
• Adapter alignment and stability: Achieving proper alignment between the adapter and the firearm proved challenging. I experimented with different configurations of the included plastic washers, but was still unable to secure the adapter tightly enough to prevent movement while maintaining correct alignment.
• Documentation and support: Additional technical guidance would be helpful. Clearer installation instructions, alignment recommendations, torque specifications, and troubleshooting steps—either on the website or via instructional videos—would greatly improve the user experience.

Overall, I believe this product has solid potential, and addressing these alignment, stability, and documentation concerns would significantly improve performance and usability. I look forward to seeing how the product evolves and would be open to revisiting it after these improvements are made.

After a brief chat with the tech support folks, had a pre-purchase question that was answered quick. I purchased a kit for my Walther PDP. While the action is not an exact match to live fire, it is close. Trigger reset is perfect, and the system works perfectly with my Mantis system.
Improving my follow-up shots, and have already recouped the cost in rounds.

I got the item my ordered. I wasn’t quite sure how it worked. I sent them an email. They got right back to me and sent me links to videos. I love the infrared rapid refill for my P365 xl

Customer service responses have been outstanding. Any questions about the training devices have been answered quick and have extremely helpful. The training devices for my hand gun and my AR-15 are beyond what I expected. As a firearm instructor I recommend the company to my students.

Having the ability to dry fire with recoil is awesome! saves money and cleaning time !

CoolFire trainers are the closest thing to being able to dry fire with realistic recoil. The product works very well, and customer service is very helpful when needed. Great product.

Ordered a milspec Kickstart which was a mistake as it did not fit my PSA upper. I contacted Cool fire and they arranged for me to swap my unit for the custom setup. I would suggest if anyone has a question as to which unit to order they contact cool Fire for info. I enjoy my Coolfire units as it allows me to dry fire with greater realism due to some recoil. Combine with my Mantis and LaserAmmo systems I get a lot of great practice with feed back and can do it in my pajamas. Even with ammo prices coming back down I still find Coolfire to be cost effective training

I have been looking into buying the Coolfire trainer for a while. When I decided to pull the trigger 😁, the kit for my gun was sold out. However the packages were still available. So I decided to order a package but... Coolfire entraîner wouldn't send the CO2 tank abroad... So I wrote an email and they decided to send me a package without the CO2 bottle. Awesome! About the kit itself: it is well built, does a great job and is easy to put together. The main advantage: you use your own gun, with all the "fixings" 😁

Cool fire is an awesome product, it is literally the next best thing to a live fire range. I plan to add the electronic targets for a more realistic feedback experience. It is literally like adding your own home based indoor practice range, but it’s way more cost-effective and safe.
