Helpful, Can't Fault Them
Andy was very helpful on choosing the right product, and it didn't matter to him that the issue I has was with somebody elses product I'd bought.

You helped me save my 40 year old drive
They were terrific to deal with. There aren't many sources for quality "vintage" Atari parts anymore. The drive belt in my SF354 floppy drive had turned to gum (understandably). After a quick online search, I found your store. The perfect belt was shipped out immediately, and the transatlantic journey was surprisingly quick. After installing the new belt and a minor adjustment of a sensor, my drive lives again. Thanks very much.
