Tool is good. But so disappointed. No reminder of annual billing sent. Ive cancelled now but clearly not reminding customers on an annual billing cycle is intentional. It is poor form and you have lost my trust and referrals.
I used Coolors.co for two years with a paid subscription. When the third year was automatically renewed, I realized I no longer needed the service and contacted customer support immediately to request a cancellation and refund.
I never received any response. No acknowledgment, no explanation, nothing.
An automatic renewal can happen, but a complete lack of customer support afterward is not acceptable. A subscription service should at least offer basic customer communication.
Because of this nonexistent customer service, I do not recommend Coolors.co.
I have just paid for the yearly subscription and the owner has reached out to me and made my experience much better.
Overall the tool is great but I prefer to use the web version the most. Just because I can see everything better.

You can't do almost anything without needing to pay…
I love the free version sm because it doesn't pressure you into buying so many extra things, like upgrading, ads, and so many other annoying popups. It has everything it said it would + more. Very useful, would totally recommend instead of learning confusing color theory (although I learned it before finding this). I would love to see the pallets on different art brands but sadly that feature is pro.
