They arranged to have my lost luggage picked up in Iceland and delivered to my home in Texas. They were involved through the the whole problem and made it happen without a complication. Always helpful and patient with all my phone calls.

Cool Parcel found the best price for me, maintained good communication, their Support Department gave genuine, helpful support, and quite amazingly, their tracking information was far more ďetailed (and therfore more useful) than the actual shipper's tracking facility. I will use them again and again, no question.

I got a quote from the local shipping company for a package to send to Europe and the price was astronomical. I shipped the same package still using the shipping company's (Large Box) for almost a third of the price. All of the labels and customs forms were printed easily through the Coolparcel dashboard after inputting package dimensions, weight, and paying. I was able to access the dashboard to check shipping progress. Highly recommended and bookmarked Coolparcel for my next shipping needs.

I am very disappointed my suitcase was broken on the way 3 days late I went to pick it up myself and i got no compensation

So simple that I was suspicious! Based on your shipment, they get the best prices from standard shippers ( UPS, FedEx, etc. )
You then get tracking through the provider.
