I am so pleased with my CoolSoft Sleep pillows and mattress topper. Excellent service from ordering to delivery. Beautifully made products. The mattress topper is so soft and the pillows are so comfortable. The pillows seem to get bigger and fluffier every day. I was concerned that I would be cold on cool nights but no, lovely and cool in the current warm weather but snug on cooler nights. My husband is always warm but he is also very pleased and says he feels much better. I do recommend investing in good quality 100% cotton bedding, I found the better quality bedding the better the performance of the CoolSoft Sleep products.

Mixed feelings!
I ordered both the mattress and pillow. Pleased with the mattress although it doesn’t have a zip to wash the cover only! However, the pillow was the biggest disappointment. Not only is it extremely uncomfortable - almost solid with very little give. I thought I’d change the feather insert for something more comfortable. Unfortunately the pillow is a complete item with no zip or means to remove the feather insert!!!! Even my Tempur pillow had a removable outside cover with a zip. Why on earth would you want to wash a pillow full of feathers?!!! To add insult to injury, I came across the same Coolsoft pillow for a third of the price!

I would never have purchased these had I known this.
On the positive side, their order and delivery aspect is exceptional - shame the manufacture of the product doesn’t meet the same high standards.

Cannot praise this company enough. The customer service is excellent the delivery is exceptional and quality of goods is outstanding.

I was a little sceptical about buying this product but it is amazingly cool. I only purchased the topper to try, but I will definitely be ordering the pillows.
The only niggle and it is a small one is that bed sheets slip about.

Pillow did what was expected, kept my head cool through the night. But unfortunately didn’t help stiff neck. CoolSoft pillow in cupboard

The Coolsoft mattress topper and pillow has improved my quality of sleep so much!
I'd recommend any menopausal ladies to try them if you're suffering from the dreaded night sweats.
Not only do I no longer wake up in a pool of sweat each night, but my husband is also sleeping better, as I no longer toss and turn all night - result!

Great product - very impressed with the cooling abilities and exceptional comfort. I've always struggled to find a pillow that I'm 100% happy with, but this ticks all the boxes.

Wow I honestly can't rate the pillow and mattress topper enough! Having suffered with restless legs and hot flushes in bed for well over 12 months having countless bad nights sleep, since having these I have never slept so good! My husband often comments that since having these I have done nothing but snore and keep him awake at night! I have been recommending these to everyone I know (especially being of a certain age) not only because they are lovely and cool but comfortable as well, I cannot believe the difference they have made to my sleep! Worth every penny.

Having had my pillow for a few months now I can honestly say it has made a big difference in my sleeping, I have a cooler head which I hadn’t had for such a long time especially going thru the menopause. It’s amazing, soft and totally goes above my expectations. A little expensive some would say but to be it’s been and investment in my health and worth every penny. Absolutely delighted with my purchase.

I would highly recommend this pillow to anyone needing a cooler & comfortable pillow at night, am thinking of getting another as I’m a 2 pillow kinda girl.

Love my pillow and topper. Both really comfy. Free next day delivery too which I didn't expect! It actually works and is really cold when you touch it! Tried other cheaper options and they just didn't work like this does.
