We're CoolTowel, a UK cooling towel brand. We make cooling towels for sport, training, gym sessions, and hot weather, used by squash players, rugby players, golfers, runners, and anyone doing outdoor training in the heat. They're also popular with festival-goers, dog walkers, and people who just want a simple way to cool down on a hot day. Wet a CoolTowel, wring it out, and it stays cold for hours, no fridge or freezer needed. Our founder started CoolTowel at 13 after overheating badly during a squash match, and built the first cooling towel with his grandmother at the kitchen table. Since then CoolTowel has grown into a brand that's sold over 70,000 cooling towels across the UK, US, and Mexico, sold through TikTok Shop, our Shopify store at cooltowel.com, and Amazon. Towel is ok, nothing special, communication is very poor

I recently ordered a CoolTowel via TikTok Shop. The delivery took a while, but the towel finally arrived, and I have to say it really does what it says and cools you down, which has been great in the recent heatwaves.
However, my experience with their support was really disappointing. Harrison, the founder, sent an initial reply that was so nice and promising, but there was no further communication after that initial email despite my numerous follow-up emails. It honestly leaves me unsure if his initial reply was even genuine. There has been total silence from them.
Would I recommend the product? Yes, the towel itself is ok but there are better ones out there, and I'm not sure about its longevity—time will tell, personally, I would NOT purchase from CoolTowel again. Don't expect any customer support because they simply do not respond, which is a real shame.
