Unreliable

I really wanted to support a local bike shop, but unfortunately my experience was very disappointing. On four separate occasions, I was given a specific day and time for collection, and each time nobody showed up.

On those days, I couldn’t reach anyone, and there was no message or update to let me know they wouldn’t be coming. After the third time, I even said that if they didn’t want to take on the job, I’d completely understand, just to be honest about it. Despite that, I was again assured someone would come that evening, and once again, no one arrived.

It’s frustrating and misleading to treat customers this way. My time was wasted repeatedly, and it all felt very unnecessary. If you can’t commit to a job, it’s far better to decline it than to keep making promises you don’t keep.

Poor communication and very unreliable. I wouldn’t recommend based on this experience.
