Worst customer experience with this company
The worst customer experience I've ever received is probably with The Co-Op. They can't ever manage their online platform properly with stock levels.
I ordered a few things online, however a particular item was apparently out of stock, despite the product page showing that it was still in stock. Without actually contacting me, they decided to ship my other items where the cost postage was higher than these other items. I sent an email about this and never received a response. Disputed the transaction and eventually got a full refund.
