The customer service from Coopers Appliances is amazing. So helpful in the showroom. Orders sorted very quickly and delivered with no problems. I would highly recommended using this company. Thank you to Robbie in particular, who was excellent.

Had excellent service from Coopers . I had to replace my washing machine and fit the new appliance into a restricted space.
David helped me source a machine to fit but the machine had to fit in a cupboard alongside the existing dryer with very little space to manoeuvre.
Cooper’s recommended a great carpenter Liam who came out to see if we could fit by changing the hinges.
The two installers persevered to fit the machine within the tight space , not an easy job.
Excellent service all round . Thank you to everyone involved

Patrick especially was super helpful in helping us select our new cooking range to replace our very old one. He is very knowledgeable and helpful and he made the whole process enjoyable. He arranged for the delivery and installation very efficiently and Leo the gas engineer arrived at the same time and carried out the difficult connections with no fuss . My wife and I are thoroughly impressed with the service and would highly recommend Coopers .

Coopers were helpful on the phone with appliances to fit my kitchen space. Oferred an alternative after checking certain measurements with me. The installation process was quick and the installers were efficient and friendly offering advice.

What a brilliant team at Coopers! Nothing is too much trouble and when they say they will do something, they do it. They have come to my rescue on a number of occasions when old appliances have failed and I really cannot recommend them highly enough.

Patrick was so helpful in advising us through choosing our new appliances from hobs to ovens to washing machines and fridge/freezers! The team who delivered were also very helpful on time and careful. A pleasure to deal with - we will definitely recommend Coopers to anyone!

The staff at Coopers are sensational. There's no "hard sell" just informed advice as regards the product. All questions were answered clearly and honestly. Timetables were met and the fridge freezer we bought was installed swiftly and efficiently by great engineers. They set everything up so that all we had to do was put food in the fridge and the freezer. A perfect experience

This company has been in SW14 for year and years. Always friendly and super helpful. Ordered from them previousy with a great experience.
Came in recently to look at tumble dryers. I did research on line and got caught up in those companies so never ordered from them in the end.
On reflection I am a bit dissappointed in myself that I did not since they are a reliable friendly and great independant company.

The staff really know their stuff, great advice on what suits your needs, friendly, reasonably priced.

I have always been very happy with their knowledge and advice. Also very happy with their fantastic customer service. I can highly recommend them, being able to give a more personal service compared with a larger company, as well as always being competitive with their prices.

We have bought all our appliances from Coopers since they opened in the early 80s.
They have always provided excellent after sales services and been extremely helpful on the few occasions we have had a problem with an appliance.

I recently had an issue with the manufacturers of a faulty under guarantee appliance. The staff at Coopers Appliances ensured the appliance was replaced and installed They went the extra mile.

I recently ordered a washing machine from Coopers and was served by Dave. He was really knowledgeable and was able to help me match a machine to my needs and managed to book my delivery really quickly. Friendly atmosphere in store and when it was delivered fitting was smooth and unproblematic. Very happy with the service, would highly recommend.

Mis-sold a expensive product & Abysmal Customer Service! Recently I bought a product with them and they promised a 5 year warranty as opposed to the standard 2 year warranty. That's why I bought it through them! When registering the product with the manufacturer they advised me that there was no promotional offer of 5 years warranty and I should revert to Coopers. When reverting back to Coopers about the warranty they did not offer to extend the warranty with the manufacturer or take out a cheap insurance policy for the extended warranty they offered me! Instead they said that I should take comfort in the fact that the product is tested to last 10 years! What a dreadful experience and please everyone be BEWARE. If I could give them a negative score I would! No way to treat customers! Extremely disappointed!
