Worst Customer Service! Defective Product!

I am extremely frustrated with both the COOSPO product and their customer service. The item I received is faulty and constantly disconnects from the app, making it basically unusable. Customer service was painfully slow and unhelpful, it took multiple emails just to get a response, and even then I was sent in endless circles with tutorials, instructions, and video requests while the product still didn’t work. To make matters worse, they expect customers to pay for international return shipping, which is completely unreasonable, and kept asking for information they already have, adding unnecessary frustration. Between the poor product quality and the unresponsive, ineffective support, this has been an absolute waste of time. I strongly advise anyone considering COOSPO to think twice before purchasing. This product is not worth it!!!

Customer support at COOSPO

Customer support at COOSPO is excellent!
When my HW9 was not functioning properly, I contacted COOSPO customer support and within hours received a response with instructions to correct the situation.
Truly impressive!

I purchased an H808S COOSPO heart rate…

I purchased an H808S COOSPO heart rate monitor.
The unit lasted less than a year and then died. COOSPO customer service insinuated it was my fault , not theirs.
As a regular and avid user of heart rate monitors I would advise that other competitive heart rate monitors be chosen before based on reliability.

I bought their heart rate monitor H6
It doesn’t work. It is supposed to be compatible with many apps, including COOSPO app. It is not even found. The only one that finds the device is my Bluetooth.

I’ve just claimed the payment to my credit card. I would advise to all victims of this scam company to do the same. Uk credit card laws have extra protection against companies who don’t deliver what they offer (breach of contract) and allow and help with claims. If many of us, proceed with the claim against this company, we will get results. At least, others won’t get scammed.

Worst service ever

Worst service ever!

I bought a Chest Heart Rate Monitor on 4th Oct and the website was saying the delivery would take 5-10 working days, which the date limit would be on 18th Oct.
The tracking is stopped in Belgium since 15th Oct and today completed 13 working days since I bought it and I don't receive any information or update about my order. I tried contact for multiple ways but got no response at all. I'm asking to cancel and get a refund as fast as it's possible because I'll buy a Garmin one which is quite more expensive than Coospo, but they deliver a service fully qualified. I bought in that date because I needed it for a healthy exam this morning which I couldn't use as it didn't arrive!! That's a shame service. For sure will never use Coospo devices anymore

Very slow and confused order confirmation process

Ordered GPS bike computer direct from manufacturer. Took a week to respond to the order, and then only after prompting. Several more days elapsed before they questioned whether 7-digit postcodes existed in the UK (they do). Still waiting for a notification of shipping 10 days after ordering.
