SCAM, dont buy from this store.
I bought 2 lights and they got stop working in a short period of time. I got replace and it fails again and then I lost the contact with customer service...

Non existing customer service
My older mother orderd two lamps from Copenhagen light. One of them broke down after a few months and she has tried to get in contact with customer service to get this fixed. She has sent multiple emails but gets no response from the company.

Bad experience and product
Bought from instagram. Product didn’t ship until i chased it a month later. It arrived but had to pay £60+ in duties when UPS arrived (in cash on doorstep). Product didn’t look as good and didn’t work out of the box. Emailed and was told to use remote control to fix! £250 totally wasted . Zero confidence in co, and product!

SCAM!!!!! Do not trust this advert on Insta or any other website, cheap looking lamps with faulty lighting and batteries!!!! you will never here from them again, after the lamps have been delivered....
