Quick and simple to both sign up and apply for routes.

Couldn’t have been simpler really. Called them up to make a booking over the phone as I don’t rate their campaign creator but that’s just me not them. After they set it up for me I was sent a link and added my areas I didn’t like how I was fixed to only radius or post codes though as I wanted specific roads, they added these for me too. Entire process probably took 20 minutes and I’m a very happy customer. Cheers guys I owe you one!

This is my second review as they emailed me and told me that if I delete my review they will refund my money and this still hasn’t happened, I wish I had researched them before handing my money over.
I am owed a refund of £432 which they agreed to process and still haven’t since April 2022.
Unfortunately my bank said because I waited so long I can’t file a chargeback (they kept telling me they would process it and I trusted they would). So I am now going to file a trading standard complaint and a County Court Judgement claim to get back my money and damages/fees incurred.

Please please contact your bank asap if the same has happened to you. Or file a county court judgement and keep all the evidence. It’s not even about the money anymore, it’s the principle and I’m ready to put all resources into taking this up legally and lawfully to ensure they don’t get away with it.

Absolutely terrible company! DO NOT USE! We have lost £1000's to this awful company through our business! We ordered marketing materials to be printed and delivered, they have been ignoring calls, messages, emails, support chats. Print and delivery was supposed to be completed over a month ago. Still nothing and no good reasons. Obviously a massive SCAM! The staff are extremely rude, and is extremely unprofessional save your money and go elsewhere!

Paid upfront to set up a delivery Campaign . Never Delivered any of the material just excuse after excuse. Email after Email numerous Phone calls still no delivery. Also the materials was never returned. All the shocking reviews is real please don’t use any of Copland Post Services as they are a Scam Company

I was a little surprised they asked me for a review as it wasn’t a great start, however they put my problem right and was able to sort out the collection delay with my boss. We’re helpful too when I needed something sorted as I didn’t add a bleed to the artwork and it needed to be reprinted. Anyway it was a good service whatever the problems and happy to leave them a positive review just for that.

Fast delivery and got a great discount as a first time customer. Wonderful service!!

I was very happy with material weight and the delivery was fast and easy. I placed the order bout July time and often used them during the summer heatwave. Good results but not so good at the moment with customer problems and heating bills going up. Have asked for help on billing

Wonderful experience as usual from Copland Post. Last week we had a new campaign in swansea and the dates and timings were perfect. Collection was very smooth too and a much better experience that in the past. Super site and quick service thank you

I have already posted a review about this company. I booked them to deliver leaflets for me and they never turned up. I rang them on the day and spoke to someone who seemed to have trouble speaking because he had a sore throat. When he answered the phone he just said Hello, didn't identify his company or name which was my indication that this isn't a reputable company. I had to ask if I was speaking to the Copland Post. He fobbed me off anyway and told me that my leaflets would be picked up later that day. They didn't show. They made no attempt to let me know that they were unable to fulfill the leaflet drop and only began to respond to emails when I persisted. I sent them an email that Trading Standards recommended giving them the opportunity to make things right as per their terms and conditions. I would seriously urge you to read these because they leave you wide open to being completely let down.
They asked me to rebook the order. I followed the link they gave me but now they've sent me an invoice for another £30 to fulfill an order that I have already paid for and they failed to honour.
Don't waste your money. No customer service to speak of and I don't think they can care less.

SCAM SCAM SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I have paid for delivery of my leaflets (as they require payment upfront before delivery) however they have failed to pick up leaflets on 3 separate occasions and have refused to issue a refund despite numerous requests. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails once they have your money. I will be reporting this to Trading Standards and the police. I found out this company have changed their name twice recently - RadleyPost Ltd & RadleyOnline Ltd, which should ring alarm bells. I wish I had known this before handing over money to these scammers.

Unfortunately, I have had a really bad experience with this company. I paid up front and after many emails, calls and lots of frustration and stress they did not do what I paid them to do. They failed to collect my leaflets three times and did not get back to me when they said they would on more than three occasions. I have no idea why they treated me so poorly as they did not explain. I have not got the service I paid for, and I have not had confirmation of when I will be refunded. I hope they will do the right thing and refund me.

SCAM SCAM SCAM. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS. Looks like they have created fake reviews to improve their trust score. These guys took my mo ey and never ever provided the service they promised. Always spoken to a Liam Jones through emails etc. He promised I would get a refund. Spoken to him today and he stated he couldn't find my account at all, even though we've spoken at length through emails and incredibly stated "It's only £90, it's not a lot of money really." They will take your money and act so dismissive and patronising when trying g to get it back. You never will. Please co tact your banks if you're in the same boat and request a charge back for the payment you have made. Legal actions to get these scammers shut is pending.
