Update: I reached out to the support email provided with no response. This is a scam, do not hire this company.

Background: I found Copland through Google - they have marvelous reviews - but unfortunately I don't think the reviews are real. I spoke with Liam at the company (Will who is listed as the head of the company on their website does not have a working email) and services that we paid for were never provided. We were told we'd receive a refund both via email and through their system but neither was done. Writing this in hopes of helping someone else who is thinking of using Copland for their services.

We're owed £5,000. Copland was meant to print and distribute 75,000 leaflets. We never received the copy of the leaflets and no leaflets were distributed. It looks as though they’ve also changed their business name after receiving poor reviews previously. The only person I was ever able to get in contact was a gentleman called Liam. This company is a scam, I do not recommend their services.

I'm quite surprised by the 5 star reviews, I haven't experienced a company quite like this before. I paid £200 for campaigns to have my leaflets distributed. When the distributors applied, and stated they wanted to be paid more (even though I don't pay them Copland do) I requested help from Copland to rectify this as it was 3 months since beginning by campaign and I still had 2000 leaflets I had paid for sat waiting to go out. Well I had about 3 emails promising me things would be sorted, they never were. The postcode was not allocated despite being told it would be, the campaign was not amended, I then stopped recieving replies.
I FINALLY after a few weeks of being completely ignored got through to Liam on the phone who very abruptly just sent me an email for a refund and stated he 'couldn't remember what my issue was' because he was so busy with other customers.
Absolutely would not recommend and I really hope this reviews saves the stress for other people considering using this company.
