While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more
To protect platform integrity, every review on our platform—verified or not—is screened by our 24/7 automated software. This technology is designed to identify and remove content that breaches our guidelines, including reviews that are not based on a genuine experience. We recognise we may not catch everything, and you can flag anything you think we may have missed. Read more

Copper Lane is a one-person web design studio based in Ampleforth, North Yorkshire, building fast, mobile-first websites and doing local SEO for trades, shops, and service businesses. There is no upfront cost. Your website is designed and built as part of a simple monthly plan starting at £29, and you own it outright from launch. Hosting, business email, security, and ongoing support are all included. The £49 Local SEO plan adds active monthly work to help you rank in Google and the map pack. You deal directly with me, Sean Inglis, the designer and the person doing the work. No account managers, no junior staff, no one to translate your brief through. If you send an email, I reply. If something breaks, I fix it. I have been building websites for around twelve years. Most of that time has been spent working with small businesses who needed something honest, not overpriced, and properly looked after after launch. The studio is in North Yorkshire and most clients are here too, but I work remotely with businesses across the UK. If you want a website that looks trustworthy, loads quickly, and actually helps customers find you and get in touch.

Anyone can write a Trustpilot review. People who write reviews have ownership to edit or delete them at any time, and they’ll be displayed as long as an account is active.
Companies can ask for reviews via automatic invitations. Labeled Verified, they’re about genuine experiences.
