Multiple problems with my order

I ordered five items from Copper Wear. The package that I received via USPS only contained 3 items. There was no packing list or invoice contained in the package. The tracking number on the original invoice that I received via e-mail did not work. I could not track the shipment using UPS or USPS systems. The tracking number that was on the package delivered via USPS did not agree with the tracking number on the original invoice. I sent an e-mail to the e-mail address listed on the original invoice, but that did not work, probably due to their inbox being at capacity from customer complaints. I then called the customer service number 1-973-287-5190 listed on the original invoice, and spoke to a rep. She transferred me to "her supervisor". The transfer gave me a voice mail message that indicated that it was at capacity, and I could not leave a message. I called back and spoke to the same rep, and explained the situation. She transferred me to a "different supervisor", that I was able to speak to. I was assured that I would receive the two items that were short in the original shipment. We shall see. Copper Wear has multiple customer service system problems.

Too small and hard to wear

I used your guide in ordering the knee brace and found it way too small.
It hurt to wear it. Very upset with the price and not being able to use the knee brace at all.

Notice improvement after 1st day

Works good , after having knee surgery in June 2013 . I still had some pain and problem , but after I started wearing the knee sleeve , I notice a lot less pain & discomfort when working 10 hour shifts . THANKS GOOD PRODUCT

DISAPPIONTED

I ORDERED TWO PAIRS OF SOCKS, WAITED AND WAITED FOR THEM TO COME. FINALLY I CALLED, AND THEY SAID THEY WERE SENT AND THEN RETURNED UNDELIVERED. WELL IT SEEMS THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. THAT ISN'T WHY I AM DISAPPOINTED IT IS BECAUSE I INSTRUCTED THE LADY ON THE PHONE TO RESENT THEM, AND AFTER ANOTHER TWO WEEKS I GET A E MAIL STATING THEY REFUNDED MY MONEY. WHAT A COMPLETE WAIST OF MY TIME.

Eased the pain in just 15 minutes

I bought the Tommy Copper knee sleeves because my knees can experience some pain while working out. Lately, just walking stairs, I have a lot of pain. Last night, after having a painful night of doing stairs and just general walking, I put the sleeves on both knees. Within 15 minutes the pain was greatly reduced, and I feel more back to normal.

A skeptics confession

I ordered knee wear for me and my husband, hand wear for me, foot wear for my husband and my son in law.We all three have been stunned at the immediate relief Copper Wear gives. I'm not saying that the problem doesn't still exist in each situation, BUT the immediate pain relief is amazing. I am going to order both the torso and hip wear for me. I have fibromyalgia, siatica, and arthritis. a friend was having severe wrist pain yesterday and i took off one of my gloves for him to wear for 5 minutes. He was amazed at the immediate relief.

NO PAIN AND TOTAL COMFORT.

I bought two knee sleeves, I think i could have gone with the smaller size since it has a tendency to slide down and bit. I am totally satisfied with my Copper wear and have already sang its praises to several people including the company's physical therapist.

Really waanted the elbow sleeves, but...

When placing my order, the form indicted that it would be shipped by fed ex or ups, but it was shipped via us postal. The order form does not take PO BOX #s as a shipping address. I do have mail service were I live. On the tracking line, I discovered that the package was undeliverable and is being sent back to sender. One thing I learned in all of this is, after the street address is in place, follow it by a comma and add Box #. I called Copper Wear today and informed them of the events. They are reshipping the order and have made the changes to the address.

Experience OK

Compared to the other copper wear websites, this one was less troublesome to order from, although originally there was some kind of problem that likely involved a pop-up menu that was malfunctioning (either on my end or the company's). The shipping and handling fee is huge (almost the same price as the product), thus practically negating the savings you get from the buy-one-get-one-free offer.

I never received my item! Uodared,got it after 2 months

I would love to write a good review...but I paid for my item but never received it! The tracking number was null & void from UPS.I ordered Nov. 3rd . its the end of the month now.I tried to track my order, it shows it went from a NJ post office (not far from here) to Boston Ma! I don't feel this company is incompetent. UPDATE! I finally recieved it almost 2 months after I purchased it.

Bert Favre commerial told it straight to a non believer

My knees caused me pain and hurt my golf game ..at age 68...old school former head football coach tried skeptically the copper brace and played a round of golf pain free...made me a believer and told my golf buds...i would make the elastic larger for knee brace to prevent it from rolling up at the top. Shipping expensive but product was exceptional
