Placed an order one month ago. No updates, no communication, no replies to emails, one reply to text message to say they would check on the order, then back to radio silence. Contacting credit card company for a refund. After reading other reviews this clearly isn't the first time this has happened so I'll call the local Police to investigate the shop as intentionally taking money without providing goods is fraud.

After I informed them I have asked Klarna to help said they would return money and I would get notification which I have not.
So after 12 days the order had not even left them

I ordered a drinks trolley and paid for it in good faith. Some 20 days later no drinks trolley arrived despite numerous e-mail to the support team no replies at all. I will be contacting by bank to get a refund.
Ordered an item for £110 and nothing has ever turned up despite emailing the company on numerous occasions. No phone number to call and no response via website enquiries. I will now work with my bank to get my money back, do not order with this company!
