I ordered a pair of seaglass mugs. The mugs I recieved are not the ones I ordered off the website. The quality is no where near the item they showed on the website. When I contacted them they wanted to give me $7 USD as a return. I said no and they told me it would cost $50 to return my items to their warehouse in China. I spent $44 for the cheap quality items they sent me.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY !

I ordered a windshield with the reaper on it and they sent me one with an American flag! Im canadian so it is useless to me I told them they say its to expensive to return but the can offer me $3 usd of the $43.98 usd I paid i said no and now they will not respond back

I ordered four sundresses in June. Still not received as of December. Tracking number says my package is in Seattle, Washington. I live on the east coast. I reached out to their customer service email and they told me they were as frustrated as I was, but there's nothing they can do about it.

Immediately after submitting my order, I reached out and asked them to cancel the order. The reply was that the package had already be sent to the Shipping Department.
Over the next few weeks, I emailed their Support team, at least 4 times, asking for instructions on how to return the order once I received.
No response to any email. Just auto generated emails with tracking number.
I will never order from this company again.

I placed an order months ago and never received my package. I wrote to their support department several times and each time they told me my package was delivered. Although the tracking number provided never updated. They kept giving me a different tracking number each time. I went as far as taking it to my local post office and confirmed they had no record of the tracking or delivery. I never received the products I paid for. Their support dept gave no solutions and did not offer anything. Note to self, read reviews before buying online products. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend anyone to order from them.

A scam company that sends a garbage instead of the product it advertises and no matter how many emails you send, they don't respond. I'm really sorry I was fooled.

I have not received my wallet. It’s been over a month. I paid for it and I did not get it. I think this company is a scam and anyone who buys from them should really be careful. I’m contacting my credit card company to get a refund.

I recently ordered what looked to be a quality item for my motorcycle, "🔥2025 Windshield Scrollwork Skull × 1
Dark Angel/8“ (Street Glide/Electra Glide/Tri-Glide) 1996-2013". It actually arrived as a cheap sticker on a tiny windscreen. I could peal it off easily. I would be so embarrassed to use this on my expensive 1900cc Stratoliner. When I contacted customer support, they responded by asking me to take pictures and write a formal complaint. Rather than waist anymore of my time, I chose to do this instead by warning ⚠️ others to stay away!

Never got my order. Order was paid Aug. 16th.
Still got noting.

Ordered 3 dresses on 5 July, arrived in Australia 5 August (like seriously WTF).
Apparently “these days have many shipping delays so be patient and wait”.
It’s now 18 Sept and still waiting.
They will not refund.

I ordered 5 dresses, and they do not look anything like what they advertise. They are un-threading in several different sections, smaller than the size guide and would be better used as a nighty. support@coptionruise
is refusing to refund my 80+ dollar purchase and offered me 7 US dollars for the inconvenience. It also took over 2 months to receive. I have over 10 emails requesting return information and to be refunded, this company is a scam!

Do yourself a favour and do not buy from these people. Advertising product video showed a different product than what I received. They refused to answer the question as to why the video was different and they refused to give me my money back. Product was different material and quality than shown in video.

one star is too much. Saw the facebook ad for the rompers. After 2 months and no delivery I started to inquire because it was showing via tracking sitting in Brandon Manitoba for 3 weeks. Same scripted bad english reply each time that they called my shipper and expedited. Called credit card comp to dispute this and reverse. Avoid -avoid - avoid.

I placed an order with them 2 1/2 months ago. After 20+ emails and the same response they’re sorry it’s on its way blah blah blah do not order from this company. Please do not order from them. They are scammers., Liars asked for a refund they will not give me a refund because they said the order is in route well, how long does the order have to be in route before I can get a refund. This company makes it bad for people who wanna order online. I literally do not trust any shopping online anymore because of people like this horrible customer service disrespectful liars, dishonest scammers. I wish I would’ve read reviews before ordering. My fault so I’m writing this to warn each and every person who is thinking about ordering from this company. What of advice do not do it !!!!!!! you’ll never get your items and you definitely will not get your money back.

I placed an order on June 20th, it is now Aug 4th and still don't have my order. Last update was on July 19th and it was in Tallahasse. I keep emailing them and they tell me they have asked it to be expediated, but still nothing. Do not order from this company!

I placed an order and the website states that it accepts returns when in fact they do not. I tried several times to return my item and they only wanted to compensate me $10USD for a $50 order. I gave them all of the information required and they still would not resolve the issue.

Do NOT order from this company! I placed an order and they automatically added extras onto the order and charged me for it! I emailed them immediately to cancel the extras to be told , it has already been shipped! They are liars, extremely bad customer service! Their own return policy says you can cancel as long as it hadn't been shipped! How can they ship it within 1 minute of the order being placed! Untrustworthy, overcharged disgraceful business!

Negative 100 if I could. I received my delivery today for these sleeveless mini dresses. I wish I had read these reviews first! First it took 30+ days to arrive (supposedly from Ireland) then they are super short - vagina short not just mini short. I am about 5’6 and a 2xl……they are about 6 inches shy of material. The video I watched shows that you can pull down the “shorts” attached underneath to use the restroom but that is impossible because it’s basically a onesie with a tank top attached over it. Also, there is NO support anywhere in the material to hold up the girls OR to pull in your mid section as advertised! Lesson learned but what a shame there are so many liars out there!

I Ordered flowers on June 8th and since July 5th they say its been in North Charleston and hasn't moved. I think this company is a scam. You can't complain or call anyone. This is totally unacceptable. How can they keep advertising and sucking people in. Very disappointed.
