Out of the blue received notification of a payment receipt for $650. (No warning email received) I had tried previously to find my subscription and credit card details in the site and couldn't, so thought I was safe and wouldn't be charged again. I hadn't used the site in months and didn't want to sign on for another year. I previously changed my email address on the site, and tried accessing payment/subscription information on the site to deactivate, trying BOTH email addresses, and get "this email does not match any purchases in this account" yet my credit card was charged. I asked them to reverse the charge and got a snarky response pointing me towards the refund policy (which doesn't consider my situation). Don't trust this broken website or their customer 'service'.

Checked out their free trial, wrote them and cancelled before the free trial was up. But then they charged my credit card for the first instalment. I am waiting for the refund. Just an observation - if you could go for the free trial and then cancel it make sure you insist they do not charge your card. Might have been their slip up. All else was good with them.
