As a Dutch customer, who found the copy cat fragrances website in Dutch, I was extremely surprised and disappointed that on an order of 23 euro's I ended up paying an additional 11 euro's of import tax. Nowhere on the website is this mentioned or any warning given, which gives the impression that the products are sent from within the EU. Mind you, I would expect import taxes I'm buying from a site that is clearly (only) UK based, but this is not at all apparent from the Dutch version of the website.

Not turned up and have emailed your company and the delivery company a few times and no answer

Like many others the package hasn’t arrived and has been sent to a completely different address according to Evri. The Courier and the company are very hard to get information from.

It was a good copy of the "Alien". I am well impressed

UPDATED : Order that I initially placed has finally arrived after 3 weeks from initial purchase, thanks to some chasing via paypal.
Fragrances are good enough for cheaper version of the real deal. Perhaps the depth is not the same but for everyday use it's perfect.

I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and 1 item was missing.
After trying to get in contact with the company numerous times i have still not yet had a response to my various emails querying where my missing item is.
Very bad customer service

Ordered for 24hour delivery. Ordered not arrived. Emailed them they sent me tracking number for a parcel that’s been delivered to their own address. They are not responding to my emails anymore and blocked me. I’ve raised it with my credit card company to get refund . Absolutely jokes . Avoid avoid avoid. Good reviews are from friends and family. Shop at ur own risk. You’ve been warned.

please see all recent reviews, they are all very similar, ordered 11 days ago, havent received anything, like other users on here, item shows as delivered by Evri, however when I chase evri, they ask for postcode and when i put mine in, the message "I haven't been able to match that postcode to the parcel, could you try again please?" i have my order email with the correct postcode, so dont know if copycat fragrances have teamed up with evri for this sham.

absolutely SCAM ! don't waste your time and money!! two weeks waiting for the parcel ,2 weeks I write to them no one answers anything by e-mail,no contact number,no response,be careful with this company!

Until recently I've been very happy with this company. Unfortunately, my latest order didn't arrive through Evri, despite claims it was delivered.

I have tried contacting Copycat Fragrances and Evri with no luck.

Based on recent reviews, this appears to be a regular occurrence and borderline fraud.

I ordered 3 bottles of aftershave and have received nothing. Just like another person on here I was told on Evri app my items have been delivered but I was in the house all day and no one came near my door. Checked bins, back garden and with neighbours but nothing. I tried contacting copycat but just like the delivery, nothing, no contact or phone calls. Evri are looking into this matter but I don't hold much hope. All I can say to people under no circumstances use this company as it's a scam. I will be contacting trading standards and my lawyer to take this matter further as I see this as theft and falsehood. Stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Item never received, Evri said it was delivered on Friday thorough my letterbox which is a total lie! ive emailed the company multiple times with no response.

Also when 'Evri' supposedly delivered my item they didnt take a photo and whenever ive usually received items delivered by Evri they always take photographic evidence.

Ordered a fragrance from them, however never received the package.
Sent a couple of emails to them never received a reply, from either Copycat Fragrances or Evri who they use to to deliver the consignments.

Ordered goods on 19/10 . Package never turned up and no one delivered it, even though the tracking says delivered. Total sham ! No one responds to you on 'Contact us page either' and guess what, no telephone number o contact them direct At this point I would never recommend this company. Lest see is anyone has the decency to contact myself.

Got 540 and it's vile.
Almost no sillage, until the chemical smell kicks in, and then it's a gag fest. A poor effort for a cheap perfume, but even worse effort for something that claims to be similar to a luxury product.
The reviews must be faked, because there's no way anybody could find this appealing.
