We have been using them for over 5 years for purchasing our mugs .Recently they advised to try the new Rhino mugs they sell ,we tried them and we really love the quality ,better colors ,less wastage and very good price.Well done Coralgraph

Bought 36 x 15oz sublimation mugs. 11 of them arrived broken. I contacted them and they offered 25% off in my next order which I accepted. I went ahead and ordered 72 mugs so they requested the payment thru my PayPal just to tell me 2 days after I accepted the payment they had none in stock.
I'm based in Ireland (Euro) so they requested the payment in GBP, I was charged a commission fee in my bank, and 2 days later they refunded the payment and obviously I was charged again to a different currency conversion.
Besides getting 11 broken mugs, now they made me lose more money in currency conversion.
I can see now they have 15 oz mugs back in stock, I emailed them over 2 weeks ago and so far NO RESPONSE.

On November 2017 I purchased Nucoat A3 soft and for dark fabric transfer paper online on eBay, I received on time, very clean no scratch, this transfer paper are working good I have done my printing and they've come out untouchable, i decided to rate bcoz I am printing on local t-shirt which i don't have any know how like Gildan shirts, and outcome were excellent, thanks coralgraph my stop shop from now, George in kenya.

I have used Corelgraph for years, at first through ebay and later through there own site. I have purchased quite a wide variety of their products and found them all to be of superb quality. Fantastic customer support and technical support.

The best tapes ever purchase! Super strong duct tape yet easy to remove if you make a mistake. I bought some other 2/3 types of tape again from coralgraph, all good no problems. I found it cheaper than sold in eBay or Amazon, very fast delivery. Very happy.

I have been working with Coralgraph for several months now and was prompted to leave this review because of the exemplary service and the personal attention not to mention the high quality of their products. Ultimately every company is about the people and the people at Coralgraph have made my every experience a pleasure. And all of their products have been absolutely tops. I made some orders of ink bottles and cartridges, heat press, sublimation paper & some blank MDF wood frame during last couple of months. Really fast delivery superb. I have found price is reasonable and quality is absolutely fine. Started with starter package then made various orders have good experience, seller is really helpful, thanks to technical support team for their great effort to pull me out from such horrific moment when I messed up with heat press settings, and sublimation printer graphics configuration. Everything is fine business goes well, what else I need? Thank you again.

Having ordered cartridges from this company I did have a problem with one of them I notified Coralgraph got a very fast reply culminating in exceptional service.
Henry sent out a free set of cartridges at no cost to me and a complimentary bottle of ink far exceeding my expectations, so well done Henry and Coralgraph, thank you.

I ordered a heat press in August, poor quality but satisfactory for my need, but slowly deteriorating. By December, it was completely unusable, so after failed attempts at calling them, I contacted technical support (only possible via email). It was very frustrating trying to communicate with them, English obviously isn't their first language, and it took a long time to get them to actually agree to a return, at one point they claimed the fault I was reporting was impossible!

After they had the machine back for 5 days, I had to email for an update, at which point they said they'd not even looked at it, but had sent me a replacement. Finally! At this point this had been going on for a month.

Unfortunately, the replacement didn't work AT ALL. After informing them of this, they said they had tested it prior to sending it, so they know it worked... Well it doesn't. I have been told that I must check the wiring before they will accept it back, even though by doing so, I would be voiding the warranty!!

They are rude on the telephone, very defensive, and LIE. They refuse to reimburse my for my return shipping costs on the first faulty item (both against their terms and conditions, and the sale of goods act!). After many emails, and one of them saying they refuse to "get into further dialogue" with me, they are now claiming they offered me a discount off my next order in a telephone conversation, to cover the return shipping cost. Not only is this a lie, but I will NOT be ordering from them again. And I have a very large, very expensive heat-press shaped paperweight.

Looks like I will have to proceed with small claims to get my money back, maybe they'll accept the faulty machine back then when they don't have my money any more!!

I am just starting out in the world of printing, and must say that i am unable to fault the company. The items are always shipped and received exceptionally quick!

I own a small printing company and am continuously in need of items like a heat press. Out of my experience I can say that there are not many good manufacturers and sellers of such items. Hence I browsed the internet to find a reliable seller of this item. It was during such browsing sessions that I came across the website coralgraph.com that sells the items like heat press among others.

I would love to mention that my entire experience right from the browsing of the site to the placing of the order was quite satisfying. The customer care executive who responded to my query was really very helpful. Also the site has a very easy payment system along with a potent logistics system. in this day and age of internet rip-offs comes a company with an incredible understanding of customer relations and a personal touch, where to start? well knowledgeable with all products, politeness when you need to telephone them, I recently ordered a set of head cleaning cartridges and some extra cleaning fluid, this order came very quickly and in pristeen condition, I had to email them just to make sure that I was using these products properly and they told me that I was but I must understand that they cannot guarentee that they would clear a badly blocked printer head, slowly but surely the head is starting to respond as it should, it is also nice to be on a first name basis..well done Coralgraph, and may I wish you every success in the future, you certainly have a very satisfied customer here who will be returning again and again.
