We'd like to clarify that no restocking fee was charged when you returned your chest of drawers and nest of tables. Although a restocking fee can apply under our returns policy, this was waived as a gesture of goodwill.
Your later request to return another item was made approximately six months after purchase. Unfortunately, this is well outside our published returns period, as outlined in our Terms & Conditions, so we were unable to accept the return.
We always aim to be fair and consistent in applying our policies to all customers, and we're sorry we couldn't accommodate your request on this occasion. We appreciate your previous custom and wish you all the best.

Lovely team really! They were super helpful, the bed is top quality. Very happy with it. I wasn’t expecting to be so heavy, it looked okay on the pictures but IRL, the bed is really amazing, assembled it by myself! The matching bedside tables are pretty cool too. Loved that they came already assembled! Thank God! Delivery guy was super cool and helpful as well. Overall very happy with the experience.

Very happy customer
I cannot reccomed Damien in Corcrans Rock Street enough.
He has fantastic knowledge of all aspects of his job and if he hasn't got something for you he will do his utmost to find it.
He doesn't push sales on you and I never flet rushed to make a decision on anything.

Bought 4 items of furniture 3 items were special order as they said we had to wait 10 wks and 20 wks We paid in full for all . There was an Extra charge for picking different material on chairs only one colour available on shop floor . There was no contact during this time with us and no discount for us on the purchases . This was a lge order and I feel no gratitude towards customer .
