So far, I’ve had very few side effects overall. The main thing I’ve noticed is that about two days after my injection I tend to experience flu-like symptoms, but they usually subside by the third day. I’ve also been experiencing a bit more acid reflux than usual, but aside from that I generally feel fine.
I am a vegetarian, so getting the recommended amount of protein has been a bit challenging. I’ve been trying to be more mindful of my nutrition overall and what I’m putting into my body.
In terms of weight, I haven’t seen a significant change yet. I do have about 3–5 pounds that fluctuate up and down. However, I have noticed positive behavioral changes—I’m not snacking or picking as much as I was prior to starting the medication.
I’ve been reading that it can be slow and steady, so I’m hopeful I’ll start seeing more noticeable results as my dosage increases. I’ll continue to monitor and stay consistent.

I don’t usually leave reviews like this, but after everything I went through, I feel like people deserve to know before trusting CoreAgerx.
This was not just one issue — it was weeks of ongoing problems. I spent about two weeks calling and emailing daily just trying to get medication I had already paid for, with little to no resolution. I spoke with around 10 different agents and kept getting different answers with no real help.
The most serious issue was a major privacy concern. At one point, I was able to access another patient’s account. I could see their messages, personal information, email address, phone number, and even details about their dosing. I essentially had access to their entire portal, which should never happen under any circumstances.
After reporting this, instead of handling it properly, I was eventually told I would receive a refund — and then shortly after, my access was completely cut off. My patient portal was locked, my services were discontinued, and I was blocked from accessing my own medical records. I was told this was for “confidentiality purposes,” which made no sense given the situation.
It honestly felt like they were trying to sweep a serious issue under the rug instead of taking accountability and fixing it the right way.
I gave them multiple chances to make this right privately, but nothing meaningful was done. Being locked out of your own medical information and treated this way after raising a legitimate concern is unacceptable.
Please be cautious and do your research before using CoreAgerx, especially when it comes to how they handle patient privacy and access to records.
