Core balance ball is good
Got a Core balance ball to try and improve my abdominal muscles as I am a paraplegic and most of them don’t work and never will. But I am trying to work on the ones that have shut down with the help of a physio. The ball seems good and is testing them.

Evri at its best
Evri said it was expecting item, then that supplier had recalled it then that they had it.
Now a replacement has been sent.....
Difficult to get in touch with supplier and no explanation of what went wrong.
