Rooms too light too early, not a 5 stars but max 4 stars
A perfect holiday. Rooms were too light early in the morning, they tried friendly to fix the problem but still not dark enough.
Food was perfect, personnel supper friendly and supportive.
Shutle bus to the beach was perfectly arranged every 10 min.
A bit difficult to find an available bed around the pool but tu always succeed to find somewhere a place.
The hotel arrange a rent a car for us, €50 per day, the car was dirty inside, windows were not cleaned for years and smelling sigarate smook badly.
Is an absolute recommended package.

It was okay..
All was okay, but I would have a little complaint about the crew. There was a child on board who was sick all the way from the start. It was quite disappointing for the crew not to approach them at all to check in, or offer the other passenger to be sat at the different seat (there were some available). I understand people do get ill, but it should get the attention from the crew and they should be checking in throughout the flight if they are getting worse or not.

Shambolic customer service experience
Absolutley shambolic experience with their customier support. They cancelled one of my flights, so I'm trying to cancel both flights and the website does not work at all. Try to call them 5 times, all of which the phone hangs up on me after saying it will connect me. It's a total mess. Avoid this company at all costs.

One of the worst airlines I’ve ever…
One of the worst airlines I’ve ever used.
Probably worst than Ryan air and there bad . Checking bags in was a palavour! The staff are very rude and unhelpful. I found their English wasn’t great, making things more difficult. I was reluctant to spend money on the aircraft after they had already fleeced me for £50 at check in.
Anyhow it was a good job I wasn’t spending on the aircraft as their selection is diabolical. Never ever again would I fly with this company

Very disappointed with Corendon…
Very disappointed with Corendon Airlines. My flight was delayed, and I still haven’t received the refund I’m entitled to. The refund process has been frustrating, with poor communication and no clear updates. I expected much better customer service and would appreciate this being resolved as soon as possible.

I tried to book a return flight through your website managed to book the outward bound flight from Newcastle to Antalya on the 15th of May 27th and then as soon as I tried to book the return flight again through and on the same page the sun express return journey would not allow me to check and purchase said return flight please help
