Scammers with lack of any help
The worst airline full of lies with ridiculous customer service or rather lacking it.
Our flight was delayed 5h and after complain we were granted compensation which was said will be on our account within 10-12 weeks. Now we are on week 16 and no money. After chasing they informed that they can't say when we will get it.
Tried to call and solved this with customer service but they don't have any phone service to deal with it and I can see from reason they scam people.
I am going to take immediate action and raise complaint with Civil Aviation Authority and take legal action against this scamming airline.
